Outstanding service from booking the appointment to Chris who arrived on time, did an excellent job of communicating with me scope of job, cause of the problem, and what it would cost to repair. Can highly recommend Mr Rooter Mississauga without any hesitation.

Domenic came right on time between the estimated time of 2-5pm and arrived at 2:30. Good service, very friendly and very helpful/informative with the problems we had. Thank you Domenic for your helpful tips as well. The problem was fixed right away and the price is fair as well. We have used Mr Rooter's services for a long time and we are pleased for every job we have needed to be done.

Brian M. came promptly and cheerfully (despite it being a Sunday!). He worked efficiently to clear our drain but I never felt he was rushing through the work - he took the time to answer my questions, and worked hard at what proved to be a troublesome blockage. He was tidy and cleaned up after doing the work. He was informative and extremely pleasant to deal with - giving us tips on how to keep the drains well-maintained so as to avoid unnecessary calls to him in the future! I really appreciated this and would highly recommend him and Mr. Rooter to anyone. Their dispatcher was also prompt and helpful and explained their process & procedures clearly.

Earlier in the week we had a problem with a slow draining kitchen sink. I contacted Mr Rooter to place a non-emergency appointment and the next day Domenic was dispatched to my home. We discussed the issues and as a result a few of the pipes were cut away to install proper fittings for the trap, an auger was ran down the line, and I purchased a grease remover to help prevent any further issues. Domenic was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Great service. I would contact Mr Rooter again if I had any other plumbing needs in the future.

Mr Rooter has been my plumbing service provider for almost 20 years. Chris C came today, after the office phoned giving ample time to know when he would arrive. He was ahead of time, had to go to get parts, returned promptly, explained the job he had to do and tidied up perfectly after. His very pleasant personality and professionalism were outstanding. I will be asking for him next time.

Our main water shutoff valve in the basement was leaking every time we turn it off and on. We decided to change it, started to read some reviews and found Mr. Rooter plumbing. The company has great overall reviews. Pros When I called the Mississauga office, the phone was answered immediately by Diane. She was very pleasant on the phone and setup my appointment quickly. I called the city the next business day to setup an appointment to have them come in and turn off the water outside before the service. On the day of service, Chris Cochrane arrived on time; actually I would say even a bit earlier then promised time. Chris is very pleasant and easy to talk to. He gave me a quote using his iPad app. I felt the amount quoted was higher that it should. Since I have a few additional optional repairs (change basement shutoff valve for garden and change 2 outside knobs) to take care of I asked for a revised quote for combined work. Since the outside water was shutoff and I did not want to waste our time for another day I decided to go for it. Chris took his time and did the job well; he was patient and not rushing. He answered all my questions and I believe he went above and beyond to ensure the job is completed properly. In the end, he even checked other drains in the house to ensure everything is OK. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone, he is very knowledgeable, easy to talk and deal with and patient. After the service, I received a call from Laurie; she asked me if everything went alright. I appreciate the follow-up call. Cons As I mentioned above I find Mr.Rooter expensive. Out of curiosity I read some reviews on Homestars after the service to find out average cost for the same service. This is how I have come to my conclusion. The price quoted includes a life time membership fee of 99.00, the non-member charge is more expensive. Overall great service at premium price.

on a Sunday night we discovered at dinnertime our sink was clogged. Called Mr. Rooter and within an hour Brian MacDonald was at our house. He was quick and efficient in figuring out what the problem was and fixed it. He was very efficient and helpful. The next day we realized there was still a small leak and again mr rooter had Ron Jackson at our house within an hour to fix the leak at no charge. Ron even helped with a problem we were having with our dishwasher. He was couteous and very helpful. Would recommend mr. rooter

I had an extremely backed up shower drain, and called Mr. Rooter. Chris Ford came on site, he was not only efficient and effective at solving the problem, he was both courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Chris Ford. Great Service.

Mr. Rooter is a very professional company! We had a leak in our basement drain pipe, at which point we called Mr. Rooter to assess it. The very next day Deron arrived, assessed the situation and explained what the issue was, what could be done to correct it, and what he and his team would do to fix it. The following day Chris Ford and Deron (both from Mr. Rooter) began the work. Prior to replacing our drain pipe, they viewed our entire plumbing system and found a couple of serious issues further along our pipes (roots taking over and a collapsed pipe). After showing and explaining to us exactly what these issues were, they put a plan together for us and lead us through it in great detail. Low and behold, the next day a crew was at work to fix these additional issues. Everything was fixed and in perfect working order within 24 hours! Throughout this process each crew member was very professional, polite, maintained a solid work ethic, and left every area clean and tidy. We were so impressed with the service we received that we asked Chris Ford to take a look at some other plumbing issues within our home (slow running water in our kitchen sink, scary-looking laundry hookup, hot water tank pipe, etc). He assessed everything and, again, approached us with detailed explanations and a repair plan for each issue. Of course we requested that he fix these issues as well. Within 24 hours, Chris had fixed all the issues and EVERYTHING was in great working order. What impressed me most with this experience was how detailed Chris Ford was with each explanation, how thorough he was with each job, the attention to detail that was provided, and how quick and accommodating he was. If you require a reliable, professional plumber to assess and/or repair plumbing in your home, I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any job! You will be more than satisfied with the outcome!

Our toilet got clogged on the day we were having a Christmas party. Cliff arrived to save the day. He was a delight. So quick and helpful. Thanks so much Cliff!
