Christopher Cochrane did an excellent job replacing a kitchen tap and fixing leaky taps (laundry shut off, outside taps). He is very personable and easy to deal with. We felt comfortable having him in our home and would call next time we need a plumber. The job was completed professionally and efficiently. He cleaned up his work areas, even disposing of the box the tap came in. After he completed the work, he walked us through what he had done, explaining in a manner we could understand. That includes an explanation of the charges. We have absolutely no reservations recommending Christopher Cochrane to friends and family.

We bought a new dishwasher and wanted to upgrade the plumbing under the sink at the same time. Chris Ford came to look after the job. He was efficient and explained everything along the way. We have every confidence in the work done! Thank you, Chris! Great job!

Cliff our installer replaced the Main Shut Off Valve and replaced Moen Trim Kit and handle. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and took the the time to explain to us what he was doing. We were very satisfied with his workmanship and would highly recommend him.

I was very impressed with Rachel, from the Mr. Rooter office in Hamilton, who managed to get someone to come to our home at short notice and to Josh who came to fix a very leaky valve on our furnace humidifier. Josh was able to fix the problem instead of replacing the costly valve. Both were extremely pleasant.

A poorly designed drain became seriously blocked. A neat, short, vertical drain was expertly designed and installed by Chris C. to replace the problem one. Problem has been eliminated, well tested, cleaned up and on schedule. Real Craftsmanship!

Plumber that came was young and very honest. He was straightforward about needing a part and asked if I wanted to get it from Home Depot or he could but it would cost me more (by the hour). Both sinks fixed and havent had a issue. A bit more pricey than a 'craigslist' guy, but always better to go with a licensed plumber.

A slow kitchen sink drain finally stopped altogether. I called Mr. Rooter and I was delighted to be offered a next-day appointment. Cliff arrived on schedule and within a short time, determined where the blockage was. He cleared it out and left no mess. His assessment of our plumbing situation and recommendations for good "drain hygiene" were very welcome! We will definitely call Mr. Rooter for our next plumbing needs.

I had called Mr rooter to come out and fix my plugged toilet. I called at 10am and before 11am I had Chris ford at my door. He was very patient and professional in dealing with my issue. he explained to me every step of the way what needed to be done as he went along. the drain was clogged down the line about 25' he had to remove my toilet and snake the line. Chris covered my floors and everything was very neat and clean. I was very happy that the problem was fix so promptly. Incredible job Chris I Highly recommend Mr rooter to all.
