I had Cliff Butten from Mr. Rooter come investigate the plumbing repairs I required in my condo. He instantly knew what was wrong and what he was going to do to repair it. He's very knowledgeable and explained to me why my leaky toilet was broken and how he was going to repair it. He also helped me fixed my drainage problems with my sink. The price may be a little expensive but you get what you pay for: a premium, reliable and professional service.

I had Chris North from Mr. Rooter come to instal a new bathroom vanity. The job required re-routing the water lines, installing new shut-off valves, and a new sewage drain pipe. Chris did an excellent job that was neat and clean. He was also very helpful with information for other work I might be getting done. Chris is the type of person you can trust to do the job right.

Everything was great with the service I received from Mr. Rooter. From the call desk to the technician, Cliff. They called exactly at the start appointment time. Even though I missed the called, I still got the appointment shifted only an hour later. Cliff the technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I couldn't have gotten better anywhere else. Will be using this service in the future.

I've had a few services into the house recently for various projects. Mr Rooter was upfront with how long things would take and pricing. I appreciate the follow up calls surrounding scheduling. Deron was the one to come by and couldn't have been more professional. Always nice to have a reliable company to call.

I had a leak in the ceiling and Chris Ford, who took the service call, was very up front about all of the possiblilies. He wanted to make going through the ceiling a last resort.... And ended up diagnosing the issue, without going through the ceiling. Likely saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend these guys.

We received work in replacing parts for 2 toilets. Neil did an excellent job in explaining what the issue was and made sure both fixtures were fixed. Neil takes pride in his workmanship and is very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Every time we would use our main shower in the upstairs bathroom we would notice a small leak in our basement and it would take awhile for the leak to show? We attempted to check the faucet, drain etc but couldn't locate where the leak originsted from. We called Mr Rooter Plumbing and Neil and Matt from the company checked our home and diagnosed the problem. They found the leak which began inside our main hall way closet. The previous owner had installed a closet organizer and drilled two holes in the PVC piping without knowing. Neil and Matt were able to replace the piping from inside the closet. We were very impressed with the work they did and grateful! They were very careful and cleaned up after themsleves. I was concerned about having a hole in my living room wall or ceiling but there skills in finding the problem avoided this.Thank you both for a excellent job, well done! For people reading this please be careful that there is no plumbing behind the wall before you hang anything. Again thank you Neil and Matt

A couple of weekends ago (Saturday) we noticed small amount of waste coming up from one of the drains. I contacted Mr Rooter immediately, and they had somebody on site in about an hour (a lot sooner than what was mentioned on the phone - much appreciated). Mark was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He inspected the pipes, identified the problem quickly (a shift outside of the house), and provided a clear explanation of the work required as well as different options in addressing the issue. We chose to deal with the issue directly - outside dig, pipe replacement, and installing a double wye (access point to pipe outside of the house). Work was performed the next day (Sunday). Crew was very punctual, quality of work was great, and the follow-up was even better. Once again, Mark led us through the whole process, inspected the work performed, and ensured it was to our satisfaction. It was a real pleasure dealing with Mr Rooter, and although I hope I don't have more issues with my plumbing, I will definitely call them if there are any plumbing related concerns.
