We have been customers of Mr Rooter for years. So far, every time we called them, we received fast, quality service. Today, Neil came to fix our leaking kitchen sink within 3 hours of calling Mr Rooter's main number. He diagnosed the issue quickly and replaced the broken parts efficiently. He also took time to answer all my questions.

Toilet had become loose and started leaking. Chris Ford from Mr Rooter did a wonderful job at diagnosing the problem and gave us 2 options for fixing the issue. He explained the problems clearly to us and what needed to be done so that we didn't run into problems in the future. The work was done quickly and looked great when it was completed. Previously Chris Ford from Mr Rooter had been in to do some other plumbing work and I would not hesitate to call them again should other plumbing problems arise since I am very happy with how the work was completed.

I had a blocked main to the city sewer line. Because the pipe was damaged we could not unclog it therefore it had to be excavated and replaced. Chris Ford was extremely knowledgable and helpful throughout the process and all work was completed to estimates of cost and time

My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work done by Chris Ford and his colleague Frank. We had a number of issues (small to semi major) that had built up over the years so they spent the better part of the day in our home. Chris and Frank were courteous, clean and very friendly. The price was in line with what we had expected. Everything was fixed properly and we will absolutely use them again for any future needs.

Christopher Cochrane and his crew from Mr. Rooter did a wonderful job rectifying our problem. They were very efficient, did the work very well, and left the site very clean when the job was completed in just a couple of days. We are very satisfied with their professionalism.

Leak line from the bathroom vanity, Brian MacDonald was able to identify the problem quickly and fix the issue. The repair was costly but the problem was fixed quickly. The service person explained exactly what he was going do the fix the problem.

Chris Ford replaced for us a vanity and a toilet. We are happy with the results. The estimate was accurate, and work was done as planned. Chris is a very nice person to deal with. I would definitely use Mr Rooter and Chris for future plumbing jobs.
