After having major waterproofing work done on our house due to seepage, we found that, after a major rainstorm, we were still having water issues as water was backing up from the drains. Having used Mr Rooter on various occasions over the last 15 years (we have an old house with many old, well rooted trees) we called them out again. Chris Ford was the attending plumber who cleaned out a our drain, ascertained how all the various drains, flaps, sump pumps tied in together and provided recommendations for potential future work without being too pushy. He was courteous, diligent in finding and resolving our issue and cleaned up after all his work and I will continue Mr Rooter's services again in the future should the need arise .

Chris was professional courteous and careful. Despite calling him in on a Sunday the work done exceeded my expectations. I would use the again and recommend this company to friends and family.

I needed to clean the drain of my kitchen sink and Laurence has been very helpful. He discovered that my drain had a back fall from improper installation and he changed my whole drainage line. it was costly but now I know that there won't be any further problems with the drain line and no more costs to pay. Laurence was very kind and his work was perfectly done.

When I called Chris in to install a back water valve in our basement, he and his colleague were very very helpful in explaining to us the whole process and what kind of procedures they were going to do. They were very respectful and professional. They have since come back to do a full plumbing inspection of our house where they have done a very comprehensive check and made wonderful recommendations on how we can improve our plumbing system. Chris is very clean and detailed in his work, and always helpful with our questions. I am happy that we have since become members of Mr Rooter to take care of all our plumbing needs going forward.

Chris Ford was great!! It was great to hear about suggestions on other items which need to be fixed in our home. As some of these issues are very severe and will cause much more damage if not looked after. We are very happy about the same day service! Thank you!

Had Mark from mr rooter come by and he was very fast and efficient. He snaked the toilet and did an amazing job. He did not create a mess and was great, very informative.
