Hi, I had a problem with my shower faucet. I called many independent plumbers with no or poor service (not returning calls, missing appointments etc). I finally called Mr Rooter and within a day and within 15minutes of arrival, Mark D fixed the problem. Mr Rooter and Mark D are highly recommended. Thanks Paul.

Last night, our double sink backed up, so we called Mr. Rooter of Mississauga right away, to schedule service for the next day. The call taker was extremely calm, helpful, and polite. This morning, the dispatcher called to say Doron the plumber/technician would be here between 2pm-6pm. Later, I got a call and a text, to let me know that Doron would be here between 2pm-2:30pm. And right on time, Doron arrived. He was very polite and professional, and checked all the possible areas (clean-out in the basement, and then the sink pipes). He advised me about the overall state of the pipes, and then determined that we would simply need to snake the pipes starting at the kitchen sink. He confirmed pricing with me before starting work as well. He was very careful to clean up after himself, and made sure I knew about all relevant pricing, discounts, products I should be using-- anything helpful. I always call Mr. Rooter of Mississauga when I have a plumbing issue-- and this kind of great service is exactly why I will continue to do so!

We had water flooding our basement when my wide was doing the laundry. We called Mr. Rooter, Mike came out and adressed the problem right away. He cleared the drain and then put a camera down to se what the problem was. Mike then offered us a few options. The crew came out the next day. Worked unbelievably hard and replaced the entire drain. They did an aweaome job on the restoration as well. Extremely pleased with the entire job from start to finish.
