The seal on my main toilet was leaking into my laundry room. The toilet was old, so Neil suggested I change the toilet at the same time. Neil explained everything and was very efficient. Upon inspecting the rest of the house, he discovered that the hoes for the washing maching were about to burst off. So while it was an extra expense - a much larger portential problem was averted. Very satisfied with the service!!

I called and got a someone to come when I was home. Chris Ford came and was very courteous and careful about our property. The kitchen sink was not draining, after visiting the basement he gave me the options and pricing upfront and we started with option 1 and luckily it worked and he recommended a monthly grease cleaner. I am 6 months pregnant and my husband was away at work. I woke up to do some cleaning in the kitchen when I realized the floor was wet from the sink overflowing. I called mr rooter and they sent someone over right away. A guy named Neil showed up and fixed it perfectly. He also helped me clean up the mess realizing my state which was unbelievably nice of him. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants professional and courteous service

My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Ford when we moved into our home last year. We had a badly leaking pipe in the basement and need some assistance quickly. We called Mr. Rooter late in the evening and Chris was over very quickly. He fixed the problem and put our minds at ease. We needed further work done this fall and we were pleased to hear that Chris was available. True to form, he was over quickly and had the work done in no time. He is punctual, thorough and knows his stuff. I would highly recommend Chris to my family and friends. We were very pleased and impressed with the service we received from Chris.

The shower handle came off in my hand and I could not get it back on. Also the plastic hose in my Toilet Tank came off. So, I called Mr. Rooter and they just left. Neil came and fixed the problem. He was very helpful and answered all my questions and what is more he treated me with respect. He made sure that he cleaned up any mess he made. He even wore booties to make sure he did not leave marks on the floor. The cost of the repairs was very reasonable...I thought it would be much more that he charged.

Chris Ford arrived (emergency basis) and assessed the situation explaining it clearly. Put us in touch with another service that we required as a result - and even made the call for us. He is very respectful and thorough. We are awaiting his return with a part to complete the repair.

I have used Mr Rooter several times over the years. Each time I received professional, efficient and courteous service. Today Neil carefully explained the problem and fixed it. I have recommended Mr Rooter to friends over the years and will continue to do.

Company called ahead to advise of arrival time. Plumber was very efficient and knowledgeable. Work was done on three toilets in about an hour. Kept the area clean. Works perfectly!

Chris Ford and his trainee Cliff provided the above service on September 15, 2014. They attended promptly and within the booked time period. Chris and Cliff were friendly, courteous and professional. They explained what they would do and how much it would cost before they began. It is a pleasure to deal with them and all of the friendly and helpful staff at the companies' office. We had an issue where my wife's shower faucet wouldn't turn off at all, Mark from Mr. Rooter came and did a great job, replaced the cartridge, explained everything, got the shower working good as new. Also answered questions and gave estimates for other services I asked about. Was very professional and helpful.
