Floor drain in our laundry room started to back up when we used kitchen sink or laundry room faucets. Chris arrived within two hours of my call and cleared the blockage. Camera inspection of the sewer drains showed potential problems with clay pipes that have shifted. Chris suggested repair options to help me work within my budget. He also explained the protection a backwater valve offers - something I've been thinking about since living with the mess of a sewer backup during the flooding of July 2013. Courteous, professional service. Would recommend to family and friends.

Mr. Rooter's representative Dominic arrived early, gave a clear estimate of the work and was polite, helpful and friendly. He gave me a complete overview of the Mr. Rooter membership program and set to work immediately. He also showed my the replacement parts were high quality. I purchased a Membership with Mr. Rooter as well.

I called in for service and Mark from Mr. Rooter came with in a hour. I have had other service men come to my apartment to do work but none of them was as professional and respectful as Mark was. He was quick to diagnose the problem with my shower and was very clean when fixing the shower faucet. After he cleaned the work area he gave me a free home inspection. Upon inspecting my apartment we came across my toilet which was leaking water into the bowl. Mark educated me about the importance of conserving water and suggested that i change the toilet. I agreed knowing that Mark wasn't trying to sell me something i didn't need rather he was just suggesting his own personal opinion about being environmentally friendly. Mark came back to instal the the toilet two days after my first service call and removed the old toilet and installed the new one. I am very happy that I called Mr. Rooter and now that I have their lifetime membership I feel very comfortable knowing that I have Mark as my plumber.

He has been to my place a couple of times over the last few years and did a great job in both cases, He is courteous, straight forward and very honest.
