My father, who is elderly and has some dementia, flushed something down the toilet and clogged it completely. Chris Ford quickly unclogged the toilet, scrubbed it and cleaned up. It was a rather embarrassing situation for us, but Chris was very understanding. He was courteous and friendly and explained everything that he would be doing. This was the first time we've ever needed to call someone to deal with a plumbing issue. I began having leaking issues with my dishwater about 2 weeks ago(not while it was running but a day or so after the cycle was completed). The dishwasher was only a little over a year old. I thought I would have to go thru the warranty but Chris Ford found the problem in no time. Apparently when it was installed, the supply hose connection was not connected probably. It ended being an easy fix and now I don't have to worry finding a big puddle of water on my kitchen floor when I get home from work. Chris Ford came to our site and was incredibly professional. He explained everything that would be done, step-by-step, before beginning the work. The toilet was snaked and unclogged quickly and cleaned up afterwards, too. The cost was much less than other quotes I had received, too. I would use Mr. Rooter again.

Mark D arrived on time, was polite and worked for 2 hours straight. He would not give up until the clog was fixed. Very rare to find such dedication these days. Finally, the clog was remove and the tube works fine. before he left, he cleaned the tub thoroughly - really thoroughly. Overall, great customer service and a great work ethic.
