Had a bathroom faucet leakage problem. Called Mr Rooter. Service provided by Mr Rooters plumber Anthony Petrauskus was fast, timely, professional, courteous, superbly excellent in every aspect. Will definitely continue to use Mr Rooter in the future and recommend it to my family and friends.

We couldn't be more pleased and statisfied with the exemplary service provide by Christopher Cochrane and Anthony on Good Friday 2014. My husband and I had exhausted every effort to open our clogged drain pipr from the kitchen to the street. Nothing we did worked. Chris and Anthony arrived pressure cleaned our pipes and allowed our family to have a wonderful Easter. Cheers to our heros, We fully recommend these gentlemen and Mr.Rooter Plumbing. Great Customer service from initial call. Anthony arrived within 2 hours of first contact, and quickly diagnosed a leak at the mixing valve leading from the hot water heater. Price was quoted, and work completed within an hour. Friendly, quality service and well explained by Anthony.

Anthony came to look at my bathroom toilet to see why it keeps plugging up. He arrived on time. Looked at my broken toilet and made a few suggestions. We decided what was best for my broken toilet and we went from there. My toilet was able to be fixed on the spot. Anthony was so polite and very professional. Would recommend him for sure! We hired services from Mr. Rooter plumbing and Christopher Cochrane was the plumber who arrived to help us. The service was excellent and the plumber was very polite and generous enough to provide a free flapper for the toilet. He is very friendly and willing to hear out our concerns with our dryer and washing machine and shower. This plumber represented the company's interest and willingness to help out while providing the best service. The timeliness was great and the price was good as well. I noticed a foul smell in our finished basement and detected drains were backed up completely. Chris walked me through the process and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He identified the root cause was able to clear up the problem, he even checked the additional drains with the camera to ensure everything was cleared up. I highly recommend their services great work!
