When I called Mr Rooter the lady who answered ( 9 pm ) couldn't have been nicer. She said we would be getting a call shortly , which we did. Neil arrived the next morning, assessed the problem and explained to us what needed to be done We asked him to come back the next day to do the repair. He was prompt, courteous, and fixed the leak by cutting out and replacing parts It was not an easy job but he did it perfectly He is now our " go to " plumber ! Thank you Neil ! W Roney

Mr. Rooter wins again! Anthony was great to have in my home. Very engaging and he explained everything. He installed a new faucet over my laundry sink and shut off values on the hoses to my washing machine. I would definitely use him again. It's great to have a workman in your home that actually talks to you!!

The lady in the office was very polite at the time of booking and confirming the appointment. The Plumber Andrew is a very nice guy to deal with, he is knowledgable, professional and pleasant. It did cost a bit, but ultimately, you pay for what you get. I would hire him again.

Anthony attended our clients home to pressure clean the drains. They showed up on time, did the job, did not try to up sell unnecessary items. Cleaned the drains, scoped the lines and cleaned up. Our toilet got clogged by me throwing rib bones in there, that were hidden in the sauce that I wanted to throw out. I started looking for a plumber and found Mr. Rooter. I always go to homestars and read the reviews. The reviews were good so I called them and found out that the reviews are true. Had a very friendly lady on the phone and somebody would be there in a couple of hours. Christopher Cochrane was the plumber and he did an awesome job! And it was not an easy job with our old toilet. He was very friendly and he gave us some good tips too. Definitely would choose Mr. Rooter again and ask for Christopher. Thanks again.

Chris Ford arrived within 60 minutes of calling Mr. Rooter with an overflowing outdoor drain. Although it was a challenging job to find the pump he stayed late until the pump was found (outdoors, an unusual location). The job was finished in good time and I found Chris to be informative and professional throughout the job process.

We were able to get a same-day appointment and the staff at the call centre were helpful. Anthony P. was on time and was very friendly and made us feel comfortable in an otherwise awkward situation. He took the time and explained the mechanics of the toilet bowl. Overall, Anthony was very professional, and made some good suggestions regarding products. I HAD MY LAUNDRY FAUCET CONSTANTLY RUNNING. I ENDED UP CALLING MR. ROOTER AND THEY SENT MARK D. HE WAS ON TIME AND HE WAS VERY CONSIDERATE TO THE PROBLEM I WAS FACING. AFTER HE DETERMINED THE ISSUE HE WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT IN REPLACING THE OLD FAUCET WITH A NEW ONE. MARK DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS ATTITUDE AND FRIENDLINESS.
