My husband flushed a wad of paper towel down the toilet which made it clog. We called Mr. Rooter and Andrew came out to fix the problem. He was very helpful, told me the price upfront so there were no surprises. I am so glad we called Mr. Rooter!

I decided to get a water powered back up sump pump installed. Water powered back-ups use city water to function. The back up pump had to be hooked up to the city waterline. In order to get the water pumped out into the yard, additional piping had to be installed in the ceiling and a hole had to be drilled on the side of the house. I was nervous about the entire job because I know how messy it can get. I was worried about additional damage. I had to say Chris and Neil from Mr Rooter in Mississauga did a great job. They were neat, professional and very efficient. The piping was neatly and securely installed. I only have one hole in the ceiling to repair. That's it! I'm so happy. I would recommend Chris and Neil at Mr Rooter any day. They are professional and diligent workers. Thank you!

We moved into a 20yr old home with some minor plumbing issues... but several of them. Not knowing where to begin, we called Mr. Rooter plumbing who offered a free home inspection. Chris came over and did a full plumbing and drain inspection on our entire home. Not only did he prioritize what needed to be done right away and what could wait, he educated us on how to avoid future plumbing problems. Nobody wants to deal with plumbing issues but Mr. Rooter made the experience painless and hassle free. I would definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends.

Neil R. At Mr. Rooter was amazing. He came in in a Sunday, provided extremely honest and reliable service the following day. The quality of work was exceptional. So very pleased with his work. Highly recommend him to anyone. The ladies especially Vesna were fantastic too and very friendly. Exceptional service. We had water start pouring through our lichen ceiling last night at approx 11 pm. I instinctively raced downstairs to shut the water off. I tried to figure out where the water as came from, to no avail. We called Mr. Rooter and they returned a call within minutes. Because we have three young children, we opted to have service this morning at 8:00am. Andrew showed up around 10 min early which was fantastic. After some time diagnosing, we realized that the braided hose feeding the jacuzzi faucet had burst. Andrew fixed the problem, cleaned up after he finished. My wife was extremely surprised at how well he cleaned up after he was finished. The experience with this company was great start to finish, we even became members and would definitely recommend them to any body that is looking for top shelf service.

Chris and Andrew VERY professional and they take pride in what they do! they took the time to explain to me what the issues were and yes there were multiple issues with drainage pipe from the toilet. They snaked the pipe (tree roots), they did the hydro scrub repaired section of pipe that was broken under the floor. They did what was needed to fix the problem with little disruption. Every step of the way I was kept informed as to what was being done. So there were no surprises at final billing. Thank you no more odour!!!

This morning I woke up and went into my basement to start my laundry, I looked down and noticed my main drain was backing up all over my floor. I instantly panicked. When I called mr rooter plumbing Lori answered the phone, and she calmed me down right away, and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. Chris Cochrane arrived within an hour just like Lori advised me he would. Chris was absolutely wonderful from the moment I answered the door, not only did he clear My main drain, he educated me on what was causing the problem, and what had to be done in order to fix it right the first time. I would recommend this plumbing company to everyone, not only are the professional. They will take the time to answer all your questions and concerns. Your technicians Chris and Mark came to our home in Mississauga to correct 2 plumbing issues. They arrived on time, quickly sized up the problems and gave us a fixed competitive price to address the issues. They could have magnified the nature of the problems and asked more for repairs but they did not do so. Both problems were then fixed. There were some minor follow up issues that only became apparent next day which were promptly addressed by Neil and Mark with no questions asked. All 3 techicians were courteous, and efficient and good representatives for your company We will use Mr Rooter again

Anthony did a great job installing a new laundry tub and vanity - He showed up at the scheduled time, picked up supplies that were required for the job and did a great job with the installation at a reasonable price.

Called Anthony P from Mr. Rooter. Had toilet leaks in all 3 bathrooms and a leak from the kitchen faucet. Anthony was excellent. Professional and friendly and most important, experienced. He fixed everything perfectly, and in less time than we originally expected. Thank you for everything:).
