We noticed our carpet next to the bathroom was wet and the paint on the ceiling in the kitchen downstairs was peeling. We figured it was a leak of some kind, from a pipe inside the wall and should call someone before it got worse. Only problem it was on Labour Day. So we decided to contact Mr. Rooter, who responded within the hour. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful, which made us feel a little more at ease because we feared a major repair might have to be done. Robert arrived soon after. He was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. He was able to find the problem and fix it. He even offered to let us watch him work so we would know how to fix the problem ourselves in the future, which wasn't as serious as first thought. And just by watching him, we knew this was a man who takes pride in his work and makes sure it is done right. When it came time to pay, he made notes on our invoice, in case a follow-up visit is needed. This experience made us want to call on Mr. Rooter and if possible, Robert for any future issues. They are a prime example of what customer service should be.

Robert from Mr. Rooter came to fix our leaky toilet, and did it in no time flat. The quality of work was great and I even learned a thing or too. Robert was a pleasure to deal with and Mr. Rooter has always delivered the best in service whenever we've needed them. Thanks!

I had a seriously clogged kitchen drain. I have my own drain snake but after two attempts had no luck. My next step was to rent a longer snake (thinking that I had not got through the blockage) which I did. Twice, I ran 50 feet of drain snake into the pipe and still the clog persisted. Not knowing what else to try, I called for professional help. Robert from Mr. Rooter came and saved the day and taught me a few things in the process. Very happy.

We had an ongoing issue with a leaking bathroom faucet and finally called Mr. Rooter to help sort out the problem. About two and a half hours later the problem was diagnosed and corrected and we had a brand new faucet. I was very pleased with Plumber Chris' efficiency and quality of work as well as his punctuality and friendly demeanour. We will call upon Mr. Rooter again as problems will undoubtedly arise in our aging home.

August 8th I had a back up from my main drain. I called Mr Rooter, a camera was pushed down the drain, I was informed there was a crack in the main drain, I should have it replaced and was charged $585.34!!!!!!! This charge was only for the camera being shoved down the drain. This was for 15 minutes work!!!. I find this extremely expensive.

Had a backed up kitchen pipe. Chris from the queensway store came and resolved it quickly and efficiently. The quote was what we paid. No surprises..would totally use them again. Thumbs up

I call several local plumbers. To fixed a leaky faucet the estimated cost was unbelievable. The only good thing was that the plumber was polite, covered his shoes when entering my home, and answered our questions.

Mixed experience. I called them because they offer free quotes during the day time. First plumber they sent over didn't spend much time looking, quoted me, and when I mentioned I wanted to think about it for a day or so, became very rude (and even vulgar with me), because they don't get paid if they don't get any work done. I called and complained. They sent someone else (Neil), who took time to do a proper assessment, fixed it in about thirty minutes, and gave me additional tips, inspection of a second leak upstairs, advice, and even a coupon! Would definitely go back if they were all like him. They all offer the same, fixed prices (no haggling or deals), and the prices are not great, but decent.

Chris & Anthony were on time, polite, respectful of my property – they brought their own drop sheets and cleaned up!!, and highly professional. The service was excellent and I highly recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing Mississauga.

We started thinking about replacing our toilets with something more efficient concerning water consumption. After contacting several plumbing companies to obtain a written estimate, Chris from Mr. Rooter proved himself. not only as a sales representative, but as a knowledgeable plumber. He took the time to view the job and explained which would be the best WC for our requirements. Chris and his apprentice Mark completed the job in the time frame stated, and cleaned up as if they were never there. Terriific job. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone. Barb & Don
