Drain was really block. he has to use the snake 3 times and then some liquid. Suggested to have filter install in order to help the calcium building which will help for everyday use.

So, we've all run into the dreaded leaky faucet, right? Oh, and it is something we should all feel comfortable enough to fix, right? Well, that was me, until today that is. I thought it would be standard procedure to replace the leaky cartridge of my bath tub, only this time it was out for revenge! I tried and tried to get it to settle, and in the end the beast was too much for me to handle. Enter the new hero: Les from Mr. Rooter! He was prompt, courteous, and sent that leaky faucet packing! He attacked the problem head on and explained the options available to me clearly. Les also looked at a leaky toilet and after fixing the main issue, found another problem. Again, he offered me different options. Les, thank you very much for coming out in this terrible weather and for weathering the storm that was my bath tub faucet. It is greatly appreciated. I know that we award stars for the company, and I of course offer a 10 Star Rating, but I would also like to offer a 10 Star Rating for Les himself.

I received prompt and attentive service from all involved ... great on the phone ... very professional technichian (plumber) and nothing for me to clean up after all work was completed.
