    Kitchen sink plumbing

    Charlie was very polite and friendly and fixed our kitchen sink for us the same day that we called to book the appointment. He also identified and solved another issue that we were not aware of. We told Charlie about an incoming project for our kitchen and he made sure to make sure that the work done would meet our future needs as well. Thank you for the great service!

    Kitchen sink uncoggling

    Todd was a thorough professional. He unclogged the sink but was willing to share best practices about plumbing as well. He was patient, answered all my questions and overall did a great job.

    Difficult leak to find in the kitchen ceiling

    We had a very difficult leak to find from upstairs down to the kitchen ceiling. We have had plumbers come in before who advised it was likely a bathroom leak (which possibly was contributing). Luke very quickly discovered the leak was from the washing machine next to the bathroom and provided proof of the leak. He was also very courteous and pleasant. He also offered a machine installation service if we needed it which was very thoughtful. I'll have to purchase a new machine now and fix the kitchen ceiling, but it's a relief to have the problem solved. Thanks Luke.

    Excellent service by Bob

    Bob was excellent with his service and was very knowledgeable to explain how the sump pump worked and what needs to be fixed to get it working properly. Thanks again.

    Drain installation

    Called out of frustration with a sink package i bought. Nick was here within an hour, gave me the rundown of what my options were. Priced it out and was totally honest. He genuinely has your business as a priority and he is a prime example of what a good representative should be

    plumbing

    My kitchen sink was clogged and Drano was not working. The excess water flooded my dishwasher and then the floor. Prompt service and the problem was fixed within an hour. Thank you

    Bathtub abs sink both blocked

    In a bit of a panic as we only have one bathroom. Called around noon. Mr Rooter had Luke there by 2pm. Luke was friendly, informative and soon had the tub and sink snaked out and working again. I mentioned that I needed a new kitchen faucet sometime and could I make an appointment with him for another time. He said he could do it right now. Had the needed parts in the truck and presto, I have a new kitchen faucet installed. He was so nice about everything. And in the time of Covid he came masked and bootied and fully armed with disinfective sprays and cleaned as he went. We couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks, Luke.

    Replaced hot & cold isolation valves and installed washing machine.

    Our service person was very professional and kept us informed of all repair solutions and appropriate options. He was very personal and we are confident that all work was completed in a timely fashion and the work area cleaned up afterwards. Thank-you

    Plumbing Repair during COVID-19

    Bob from Mr.Rooter came to fix a leak from a water pipe behind my fridge today. He was very professional and polite. He diagnosed the problem instantly and fixed it in no time. He also took a few extra minutes to look at a minor issue with our toilet and fixed that as well at no extra cost. He was wearing a mask and gloves and was very considerate about keeping physical distance. I would highly recommend him. I will definitely use them again if I have a problem and ask for Bob.

    Leaking ceiling during corona virus social distancing

    Amazing. Luke came to our place for an emergency service. Our ceiling was leaking because of an issue with our toilet on the second floor. they came within the hour, and Luke was just wonderful. During covid-19 social distancing, he has a mask, gloves, disinfected as he worked. He was very friendly, efficient, and the problem was solved asap. Thank you so much Luke!
