Anthony came to unblock the sinks in our basement. He was very professional and friendly. It took him a while to unclog the drain (these had been in place for 17 years) and left us with a maintenance upkeep product. We are very pleased with the service provided.

Domenic came to review situation and determine course of action in removing a very difficult blockage left behind from birds from my toilet train...He explained every step that he will be taking. As well, gave me some valuable advise on care for drain pipes to avoid further costs. I was very happy with his service and he was very polite. This is not the first time I used Mr. Rooter. My toilet was leaking for few days. I went to home dept and got some tool to fix it by my self. Finally I realized that I could not fix it by myself. I called Mr rooter plumbing. They sent the plumber to our house. Plumber was very polite. He fixed our problem in an hour. we are satisfied with the work.

I am very happy with Mr. Rooter, especially after a bad experience with the "other" well-known plumbing company. The other company actually blacklisted my husband FOR LIFE, because he cancelled a call after discovering the problem was on city property and they were on their way. As for Mr. Rooter, I have had nothing but professional, empathetic, wonderful service. Anthony came yesterday and didn't rush anything, answered all my questions, and worked hard to get the job done. Over a 2 month period, I undertook demo and full renovation of 2 bathrooms in my home. First I met with Milan Kolakovic to discuss the project. He helped lay out the phases of my renovation where I would be involving his company. The quote was very good and the advice was great! Over the different steps in the project (demo, install and finishing work), Mike Ranger and Daniel Spaeth delivered excellent service. I truly appreciated their advice and guidance throughout the project. After this experience, I'm am now a loyal Mr. Rooter customer. A simple home repair turned out not that simple. After replacing a faucet, the old solder on the fittings blew of under pressure, forcing me to shut down all the water. A call to Mr Rooter and I had Plumber Domenic Previte and his assistant in my basement within 2 hours. They did a totally great professional repair, replacing the copper piping and elbows, and reinstalling the tap. No more leaks. Yes a bit more than I expected to pay, but I know that’s it’s not going to flood my basement when I’m at work, and I did get the protection plan, so I’ll get a break on future work and a free home inspection. TECHNICIAN: LES MALINSKI We were having problems with both of our toilets for some time now- the water would not flush. We tried store bought products to pour down the toilet, we bought a snake to try to fix the problem ourselves and when nothing worked, we called the most reliable company we know, Mr. Rooter. They had replaced our old clay pipes a few years ago and based on our experience with them, we knew we would get fast, reliable service this time too. We called Mr. Rooter at around 10:30 in the morning, and by 11:30, a very professional technician, LES MALINSKI, showed up at our door. After his thorough and FREE inspection, he explained to us that the vertical pipes were fine and that the toilets just needed to be unclogged. He fixed the problem and replaced our old, crusty toilets with a top of the line- new model toilets. Not only were we satisfied with his professional work, we were also very impressed with his kind, sociable and knowledgeable nature. We would HIGHLY recommend LES MALINSKI and Mr. Rooter's service to everyone!
