Anthony came to my location within an hour of an emergency call, cleared out my drain clog and had everything up and running within an hour. I was very happy and will use Mr. Rooters service in the future, as well as be requesting for anthony for any future services.

Santa Claus was 2 times in our house... LOL... today the basement toilet was backing up. I tried it by myself but no way. I had to call a professional but it was very hard to get somebody during the Christmas holidays... but I found the best company... MR ROOTER! Just a 1/2 hour later Daniel arrived and he fixed the problem very fast after he exactly told and showed me the prices. He did a perfect and clean job! Everything was very good from A to Z! Sure, the service had a "good" price - but the service was more than good. Thanks, Mr Rooter and Daniel... good guy... Merry Christmas

Les Malinski was the plumber assigned for the job. Very professional, friendly service tech. Job was completed surprisingly quick. Since then, no reacurance of that problem. I highly recommend Les Malinski! He does an amazing job. Great customer service. He has been fixing my plumbing problems for over 14 years. Each time I have a problem, I call Mr Rooter and ask for Les specifically. I wish had the same customer service for my electrical problems.

Anthony Petrauskus provided professional and friendly service. He kept me informed on the progress he was making as he worked on the plumbing problem with the kitchen sink and he cleaned up afterwards. Overall, I was satisfied my experience with the company; including the customer service provided when I called into the call centre.

I had a very irritating leak in my ceiling. I contacted many other plumbing companies to fix this leak, but they were all either too busy or too expensive. An hour after contacting Mr. Rooter, Anthony arrived at my door to fix the leak. I was very pleased with his work; he was kind, hard working and respectful. I will definitely be calling them first for any more of my plumbing problems!

It was early yesterday morning and my younger son started screaming from the bathroom. I ran upstairs in a panic to find that there was water all over the floor. My husband tried plunging it clear but was unsuccessful. We googled a plumber and went with the company that called us back first. The lady on the phone said that there would be a plumber at our house within a hour and a half. With in that time frame, a friendly giant named Anthony from Mr. Rooter showed up. He explained to us that toilet was very old and built up with a lot of calcium. We could either try to clear it or purchase a new one. Being that the toilet was original, we opted for the new one. He stepped out and was back within 45min as he said that his shop was very close in Streetsville. He installed the new toilet and ended up taking our old one away. The service overall was excellent.
