Dominec and Daniel came to fix our main toilet, as the filler was broken and kept on running. They were professional and polite and fixed quickly. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to everyone.

Les malinski arrived promptly and peformed the services in a professional manner He showed me the view from tjhe camera inserted down the drain-- very interesting Everything was cleaned up subsequent to the termination of the job

I was very happy with the work that Mr. Les Malinski did. He was very professional and helpful. He made several recommendations for the upkeep of my toilet and faucet, including the use of a special bacteria that will keep the pipes clear/clean.I would recommend him again.

Dominic and Daniel were wonderful. They were very polite and tried everything to find the problem. Once they did they quickly fixed the leak that was upstairs in the master bedroom bathroom on the side of the jet tub. They were also very good and cleaning everything up. I live in a townhome compplex in West Mississauga owned by a popular builder and required emergency plumbing services this afternoon after approximately 3-4 bathtubs worth of water started to back up through pipelines from other units and come OUT THROUGH MY KITCHEN SINK. The builder called Mr. Rooter GTA Wast and I am very, very grateful that they did. After the ordeal I had just gone through with the flooding and worrying about my pets, possesions as welll as damage control I was very stressed when the representative (I believe it was Anthony) arrived and immediately took charge of the situation. He arrived well within the expected ETA. He dealt with the builders and the owners to make sure everyone was comfortable and satisied with the plan. He was very pleasant, extremely knowledgable identified the problem QUICKLY. Not only did he identify the blockage, but a larger problem while will now be fixed and end up saving everyone a lot of time, money and heartache in the future. If you are looking for professionals who take pride in their work and aim to please, I cannot speak more highly of this company. I never want to have to go through this again, but if I do, I know who I will call without a doubt.

We were experiencing intermittently clogging in our main sewer line which would back up into our basement. Anthony diagnosed the problem promptly. Using his scope he showed us the tree root intrusion into our main sewer line. He scheduled a convenient day for us to have our work done. Helped us save the tile from the floor in our basement, so that it could be re-installed. He was very patient and friendly, explaining what the problem was and showing us the area he would be repairing. Overall we had a very positive experience.
