After looking for plumbers on Homestars, we found Mr. Rooter as one of the best-reviewed ones. We got a free quote and was also happy to find out that they can do a reno job and not just repairs. We are doing two bathrooms and they will take approx. 3 days' worth of work to get everything done. After the first visit, we are already impressed with their professionalism, cleanliness, and speed. We look forward to the next visit and will post an updated review then.

We were finding our toilet was flushing very weakly and was also leaking slightly under the tank. We phoned Mr. Rooter on Monday. On Tuesday morning Anthony arrived first thing, inspected the toilet, explained to us the problem, and recommended a new, more efficient toilet. He then went to pick one up at his office and returned within an hour to install it. This was complete within another hour. By noon, all work was complete and paid for. Anthony also looked at one or two other plumbing features and offered helpful comments. Very satisfied customer! Our daughter had recommended Mr.Rooter to us because she had received excellent service too some while ago. PS. Unlikely to recommend to mother, who died a few years ago, but rated this a 5 anyway!

Woke up to a flood in the bathroom, called Mr. Rooter at 6:30 in the morning, made arrangements for someone to be over as fast as possible. The customer service agent called me to confirm the plumber would be at my place at a specific time and he actually arrived early. Problem resolved. No mess, very educational and informative. I called Mr. Rooter for the first time for an estimate. Domenic arrived before his time and appeared to be very polite and curtious. The job he did at my place was done very professionally and he did a very good job in cleaning up. Domenic even took the time to go out and find the parts that he needed for the job. DomenIc is very knowledgeable, trust worthy and professionally good. I was very impressed with his overall work, I called Mr. Rooter the second time around and only asked for Domenic. He came out on time and repaired my spa shower faucet.We love his service so much that I became a member for life.

Woke up to my kitchen faucet spraying everywhere and not being able to control it. Called in for service Saturday morning was told that a dispatcher would give me a call within a few minutes to advise me when i could expect a technician and before i could even set my phone down the dispatcher was returning my call, very polite and friendly. She advised me that she could have someone out to see me before noon and would be calling me back when he was on the way. When Domenic arrived just his smile made me feel so comfortable that i new he would do a job well done the minute he walked in the door. He had advised me that a new faucet would be needed, and for me not to worry as he would go and purchase the faucet for me from the supplier. " i thought right away that due to it being a Saturday that this wouldn't be possible to get today" but Domenic reassured me that he would be back within half hour. Within 20 minutes he was back and with a faucet. Faucet was installed and i saved $59.75 because i also purchased a membership. Job well done, anyone looking for a plumber call Mr.Rooter and ask for Domenic you wont be disappointed.

We moved into a home which required many plumbing services, each time I contacted Mr Rooter Plumbing to get the Job done. I was extremely happy with Anthony's work. Excellent service, prepared, efficient and very friendly! Highly recommended!

Placed a service call. Service Rep Anthony Petrauskus very helpful punctual and pleasant. Gave some great advise and will use his services again. Now we can sleep again without hearing water dripping all night.

We discovered a hole in our lawn and upon further inspection (put a stick in the hole) discoverd that there was sewage at the bottom. Called Mr. Rooter and Anthony Petrauska arrived about an hour later. No sooner had he arrived and did his inspection, he confirmed that the clay pipe exiting our house was broken. Anthony got the problem fixed quickly and efficiently. He even managed to keep a smile on his face after repeated interuptions with questions. It was hard to tell he had dug up our lawn after he was done. The work site was left clean and restored to near original condition. Mr Rooter and Anthony are definitely on our list for any future plumbing issues. Keep up the good work.

In the midst of home renovation we discovered that the valve for the main water shut off was not working. We called Mr. Rooter and requested for Mike Ranger. He had fixed our faulty shower cartrilige in the past and we were very satisfied with his work. Mike was on time and he very efficiently replaced the valve, waited for the city guys to come back to turn the water on and checked for leaks. Needless to say there were none! An important job very well done. Thank you.
