I called Mr. Rooter Monday afternoon and was able to get an appointment first thing the next morning, even though it wasnt an emergency. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The plumber Robert Plantic arrived punctually. He had a replacement faucet in his truck and was able to replace the leaking one in 45 minutes. He cleaned the area afterward and ensured that everything was dry. He offered me the "advantage plan" for $99 which allowed me to save $50 on my current repair as well as savings on future repairs. My only criticism would be the price which was over $500 (including the advantage plan); but I guess if you want prompt, friendly and reliable service, you have to pay for it!

Les Malinski was the plumber and he arrived on time and was quick to finish the job and he was very careful to clean up and not make a mess. He was professional and very pleasant to talk to, a very nice man. We have used Mr. Rooter on a few occasions and have never had a complaint. Each time it was Les who came to do the job.

Anthony Petrauskus fixed a plumbing situation for us that several previous plumbers said they could not do. He did the work efficiently, courteously and in a timely manner. I called Mr. Rooter and asked specically for Anthony when the next plumbing job needed to be done. It is in process, and Anthony is again great to work with, is quick to identify the problem accurately, and shows up on time.

Our 2 experiences with Mr. Rooter for plumbing work at our home, the most recent on 4 November, 2011, both had a marked similarity - excellent service and professionalism on the part of your personnel, starting with the courteous and efficient response to our call for service and the timely arrival, very good work and helpfulness of your plumber, Anthony Petrauskus. We have gladly taken out a Mr. Rooter membership as you are our preferred plumbing services company.

Prompt response to call re initial leak from toilet through kitchen ceiling - helpful and very knowledgeable. Provided guidance re replacement toilets and then prompt return to install replacements. Very pleasant to work with, very fast work. Clean and tidy workmanship.

Anthony arrived at the time promised and was very heplful and professionak. I was quoted the cost of the repair befiore the work was started. THis is the third time we've used Mr. Rooter and we've been extremely happy every time.

Due to poor health I was unable to install these 2 items myself. Since we have used Mr Rooter in the past, with good results, we called them of the help again. The Plumber they sent us was very professional, listened carefully to what we wanted and did it in to our delight and satifaction. He did a GREAT job. Anthony has the ability to listen to what you want, do the job exactly as you want and asked for our input as to where we wanted the filtration system put. The clean up was done to perfection, we did not have to do anything after he left except to put the supplies under the sink again. We will surely call Mr Rooter again whenever the need arises. The mixer valve controlling the water for my bath/shower would not close, leaving the faucet running continuously. Having zero plumbing skills of my own, I called up Mr Rooter and made an appointment for the next day at a time that was convenient for me. The plumber arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, explained the price he would charge, obtained the right parts and fixed it efficiently. He was professional and personable. OK, it wasn't maybe the most complicated plumbing job in the world, but it was done exactly the way you would want, without any drama. I would certainly use them again.

Domenic P. came in on Oct 13, 2011 for a problem analysis and recommended using their HydroScrub service. The next day, Domenic P. and Mike R. both came in to do the project. They worked efficiently on cleaning the blockage in the kitchen main drain underneath the basement floor. And they helped clean the area where grease and messy mud all over the places. I really appreciated their help & hard work. I also bought their life time membership recommended by Domenic as the total price would be the same for me whether to buy membership and pay member price or only pay regular price. The only thing is that I'm still waiting for the receipt of the membership fee to be sent in by mail. Which was promised by their receptionist over the phone. I've recommended Mr. Rooter to my friends who are also looking for a good plumber with good reputation. Thanks Mr. Rooter.
