Alex arrived promptly as scheduled, assessed the problem, explained the possible causes and fixes, and quoted a price for me. Not only did he fix the problem, but explained exactly what he did to fix it, and showed me how to avoid the problem in future. He was quick, clean, polite, and very professional. His office followed up shortly after to make sure I was satisfied--and I was! I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter (and Alex!) to friends and family.

Robert Plantic of Mr. Rooter Plumbing was great. Friendly, helpful, fast, and economical. I'd highly recommend him. He quickly recognized the problem and he gave us different cost options. In actual fact, the job was much more difficult than he thought and was in a really tight space.

Mike Ranger from Mr. Rooter came to our house when we needed to replace our water mains after it burst. This was a critical time as we had no water and a newborn child in the house. During his estimate, Mike exhuded experience on the topic and brought to light considerations that none of the other 5 contractors we consulted would even bring up. This included suggestions on how to immediately restore water service in our house until the mains was repaired.
