Andrew Grzebieniak inspected the problem and found a leak in the supply line within minutes. He installed new lines & inspected all my other plumbing. Great service!Would certainly use again.

Had a copper pipe leak for feed to hot water connection to washer. Called in the morning at 7:30 am and actually spoke to live person. Plumber Anthony was at my home as promised by 9 am. Fixed the problem. Informed me of price up front. Told me what he was doing before he did it and why. Was very personable, curtious and patient and made the bad experience pain free. With a family with young children and no hot water prior to a weekend prompt dependable service was key and Anthony (and Mr. Rooter) delivered!

On Aug 1 (holiday), I called 3 plumbing companies to determine what it would take to replace the valve on water main that comes into my house. 2 of the 3 companies weren't overly interested because the city has to come to turn off the water and it is a bit of a logistical nightmare. I understand this, but I called Mr. Rooter and they eagerly took on the job - they explained exactly what I needed to do in terms of calling the City, then calling to get the plumber. So the city came, shut off the water main on my property. Mr Rooter was at my place within 1 hour of me calling them once the city shut off the water main. He inspected, and provided me a written quote and explained that it could take the city a while to come back after he completed his work, so he would not be there when they turned on the water. He explained that if there was an issue while the city was there, to get them to turn the water off, and he would be back to repair. He did the work quickly, and efficiently. I then called the city to turn the water back on and they were back within 1/2 hour. Water was turned on and plumbing fixed - no problems. The plumber (Alex) asked me to call him back after he left to let him know that there were no issues. I did call back and got great follow through service from Mike. It seemed to me like this company cared from the initial phone call and instruction on sequence of getting the city in, then the plumber (thanks Vesna and Elizabeth) all the way through to the plumbing work and the follow up. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter

I used Homestars to pick the plumbing company I wanted to use. Picked Mr. Rooter because of their high rating, and they did not disappoint. Their plumber, Robert Plantic, was courteous and explained what had to be done. He gave us an estimate of the projected cost, and the final price met this estimate. Very reasonable in terms of giving us the maximum possible discount. Recommended.

Water in the pipe in my garage caused it to burst. Alex repaired it and provided great information on how to avoid the same problem in the future. He began by installing the pipe on a slight incline to aid in water drainage. Then he took me to the basement and showed me how to drain the pipe and the little feature on the valve that I wasn't even aware of. He made great suggestions and made sure I understood. He explained very clearly and I haven't forgotten the lesson and I haven't had the same problem again.

We had some leaky pipes that needed attention. Found these guys in the yellow pages. They responded promptyly and got the job done. It wasn't cheap but I think it's always expensive when you call in these emergency services.

Its never fun spending $5k on a pump and waterproofing basement, but they were very good. Clean and professional. I have not had any problems since the work was done last year and I dont expect to have any. I would recommend.

Our main sewer line was plugged (filled with roots). We were unaware until we had a small flood in our basement. I called Mr Rooter and indicated the urgency of the situation. They were able to get someone out within 2 hours which I thought was outstanding. They unplugged the drain and scoped it and showed me the invasion of roots and dirt. We decided to remotely install a new drain lining to prevent the roots from proceeding. They put the charge of the emergency call against the larger job. Three days later they came out and were very efficient in re-lining the drain. They explained all to me and showed me the end result (via a scope again). Very pleased with the efficiency and friendliness of staff.

My overall experience with your company exceeded my expectation! I had a problem with water leaking in a rental property.After trying to figure it out, I called Rooters and I was impressed with how helpful every one was from start to finish and in less than 3 hours of my phone call. Joanne was friendly when she took my info, then I had to call back to verify my contact details and I think it was Martha I spoke to and again she was friendly and helpful and the process you have in place allowed her to pick up where Joanne left off. I get a phone call telling me someone is on the way. Robert called to let me know no one was at home, rather than just leave as often repair or trades people do. Then relief as he assures me the problem has been fixed and why it occurred with yet again a pleasant manner.
