Was at my house about 1 hr after I called and about 2 hrs after every thing was fixed and cleaned up. Very polite and courteous, checked his job one last time as he was leaving to make sure the pipe was good and everything was cleaned up.

My sink would not drain very well and it was leaking out the bottom. I thought that I might have to have the whole thing replaced but Robert Plantic came and unblocked the sink and found that it was just the blockage that was causing the leaking. He did the job quickly and cleaned up after. Since then I have had no problems. He also explained to me how to maintain the sink so this wouldn't happen in the future. He is great at explaining the problem and what he is doing to fix it. I had Robert fix another problem with a toilet in the past and he was great then too. I will be calling Mr Rooter for all my problems in the future.

Have used Mr. Rooter more than once to fix plumbing problems. Always quick to respond and very reliable. We have used them to fix problems in our Bathroom and Kitchen and also at our rental property when we owned it. Very neat when doing work.

I was extremly please with the service we receive from Mr. Rooter. A broken water pipe under your house is always something unexpected especially on a new home. They were helpful in explaining all that was involved in replacing a new water line and breaking down all the costs for insurance purposes. Unfortunatley, for all parties, a 1 day job ended up taking 3 days because of all the problems they encountered. My heart went out to the crew working on our house as it rained for 3 straight days, they were hard working and dedicated to getting the job done(right) so we could return to our home. The end result was great, we are happy to say that we now have more water pressure then we had before the pipe broke. A job done well by Mr. Rooter! Thanks for all you hard work!

I wanted a certified and insured plumber to do the job so I would have peace of mind. Alexi came in and performed very good work and also took the time to explain everything in detail. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and how quick they responded to my call. The price is a little high but if you're looking for quality work with no hassle then Mr Rooter is your choice.

Travis arrived on schedule. He was very thorough in explaining the work to be done after checking the problem as I explained it. He was pleasant, helpful, tidy about his work and cleanup and informative concerning the services your company offered.

Andrew was great - he arrived earlier than expected, was very polite, and explained the problem, fixed it quickly. Then he even gave us tips on preventing the problem from happening again.
