I would like to say that the service overall was excellent. From the ladies on the phone, to Chris showing up on time. Chris was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing. I would use Mr. Rooter in the future again if another problem arose. Thanks Chris.

Les came to our home on at least 3 occasions and waited for us each time. When we finally connected, he was very professional and courteous and took care of the problem right away. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

The service was really great. I called Mr. Rooter and Andrew showed up to my door on time. Andrew was very professional and I liked the fact that Mr. Rooter gives you an estimate prior to starting the job. He worked very hard and did not give up despite it being a difficult project (much more difficult that we first thought). Our laundry room tub faucet would not stop running, on a weekend nonetheless, and because of their many years in business we trusted to call them hoping the work would be done without any repercussions. They plumber came within hours of the call and replaced the cheap builder faucet with a better quality, Canadian-made faucet. He took the time to explain the differences between the two faucets (I should mention he did give us the option of replace the broken faucet with the same type of faucet from the big-box store) and explain exactly what he was going to have to do for the replacement process. The quality of service was excellent and the repairman was friendly. The cost could probably be considered a little high but good service is worth it. We were also left with a coupon for $10 off the next visit.

Alexei was very profesional and helpful. I will definately request Alexei in the future if require service again. He was just excellent. I had a problem with what was previously fixed. Alexei showed up and fixed it promptly. This company definately stands behind their work 100%. Will definately use Mr. Rooter again in the future.

I flagged down Robert from Mr. Rooter at the Central Pkwy Mall in Msga, to ask him a question about a potential concern with a plumbing problem... every time I did laundry my kitchen sinks would back up from the washer spinning out the "dirty water" right into the kitchen sinks... I was growing ever nervous about a flood in my home... Well Robert, was really instrumental in offering his assistance & literally agreed to follow me home & resolve my problem. Robert listened to the concern, he was ready to provide his expertise to alleviate my plumbing problem.... and he did this with excellence in customer service, which is rare in the "profit" driven service industry... few weeks ago we called Mr Rooter to help us with the clogged drain in our basement bathroom in Mississauga. We called in the morning and they came around 2pm. The plumber was very friendly and 15min later problem was solved. Thank you Mr Rooter.

Andrew from Mr. Rooter performed a tank repair and drain clearance for me recently. What impressed me the most was his overall professionalism. He walked me through all of the options, and very clean and tidy. This is the 2nd time I've used Mr. Rooter and both times I was very impressed!
