We received very good service; very thorough and detailed explanations of work done. We've used them before and will certainly utilize Mr. Rooter services in the future due to the consistently good work they do.

My wife called Mr. Rooter at approx. 0930 hrs. Les Malinski arrived shortly before noon. Good response time! Les was very professional, meticulous, and worked rather swiftly to repair a leak we had in the copper feed line to our water heater. We have used Mr. Rooter in the past to resolve a minor plumbing issue in our upstairs bathroom a few years ago and I immediately recognized him when he arrived. Given our experience with Mr. Rooter, I would NOT consider dealing with any other company besides them to resolve minor plumbing issues in the future! P.S. Les, you don't have to take your boots off in our house! LOL

Quick response quick repair time problem solved quick and efficiently! Les was professional at every point and made sure there were NO subsequent leaks when the repair had been made. We have used Mr. Rooter in the past for plumbing "Emergencies" and will continue to do so going forward. Good consistent work every time!

My washing machine pipes and tubing burst. I contacted Mr. Rooter and Rob Plantic was the technician sent on the service call. I was delighted with both Robert's thorough knowledge of his trade, skill with which he completed his tasks, and efficiency in finishing the job. Robert was very friendly and extremely helpful in assisting me make the right decisions. He was also very thorough in making sur ethe job was done well. He also recognized that there were some other plumbing fixits that were required and were also completed as part of the service call. The turnaround time of the company was just fantastic. They kept me well informed. I hope I never have to use them again...But it another situation occurs they (Mr. Rooter) and Robert would be a great asset to completing the job. WELL DONE!!!

Alex was very polite and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. He worked quickly and very neatly to complete the job. He ran into some difficulty that was not of his making but handled it quickly. Alex was exceptional and I would not hesitate to request him again.

I'm very please with the service provided by Mr. Z. Koska - Mr. Rooter . I have 2 toilets that were clogged and he managed to do his job quickly and efficiently. It only took him less than 2 hours to remove, clear up all the dirt and reinstall both toilet bowls. I would recommend anyone to call him if you have clogged toilets.

Robert was very helpful and explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it.He also told me to watch out if any water was collecting near the water shut off.He said that the hose would sweat witch was fine.

Once again we needed some plumbing fixed and once again Robert came out. He has been in my house on more than on occasion and would definately have him again in the future. He does excellent work and cleaned up after himself. Thank you once again Robert.

I noticed that my toilet was leaking from the base and gave Mr. Rooter a call. The Sevice coordinator was great, the response time quick and Keith was very professional and cleaned up once he was finished. Not often do you see that from service companies today. Thanks a lot Keith.

Ziggy was great! He inspired confidance in me once I met him. If I ever have a problem, i would have a man of his calibre to get his opinion. Ziggy is top notch and Mr Rooter is fortunate to have him. Thank you Ziggy.
