We woke up on Friday morning to find disgusting stuff on our laundry room floor in the basement. There was paper and fowl coloured water over a large area. We noticed that every time we used any water in the house, this puddle would grow and more stuff would come out. I called my mother to ask for advice and she told me to call Mr. Rooter plumbing. Within a short time Frano showed up. He cleared the drain and then put a camera down to see what the problem was. we saw that the pipe was crushed. He then explained all of our options very thoroughly and we opted to replace everything. The crew, Slavek with his men, worked hard throughout the entire weekend. Once they were done Frano came back to make sure that we were satisfied with all of the work. I am glad to say that we made a great decision in choosing Mr. Rooter. I would like thank Frano, Slavek and his men for doing a wonderful job. Definately recommend these guys.
