Robert arrived on time. Respected our home, by putting down a mat in the hall, covering his shoes and placing a mat in the bathtub. Robert was courteous, friendly and is very good at what he does. Marie Vandewater.

A major issue with water leaking faster than we could contain it. Mr. Rooter to the rescue. Went beyond and repaired and replaced to make the connection more secure. Very happy - used many times - timely - good courteous service.

Thought we had solved the leak in out toilet on our own but in a week it was running out from the bottom...Alex figured it out in 2 minutes but said when he removed the toilet we didn't know for sure what would be under it and boy it was messy, and thank goodness we called it was nothing we could have fixed...cleaned it up better than I would and I like it clean...fixed, cleaned up and out in an hour...we will call Mr. Rooter and ask for Alex again for sure...:)

Since we first called them back in '97, they are always top-notch performers, for us. Everything is explained as to how it broke down, up to what it will cost BEFORE they do the repair(s) if any.

I am the property manager of a condo and for the second time we have had a watermain break very early in the morning. This means no water for 36 houses. Both times I have called Mr. Rooter and both times received exceptional service that not only got the job done right but got it done quickly and at a reasonable cost. Mike and his crew were a pleasure to deal with and I would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. From my initial call to the final solution I was completely satisfied both times and will gladly use them should the need arise in future. Well done and thanks!

Robert was called in and was very prompt, polite and to the point. He pointed out the problems and how he was going to fix it. He had a list of tasks with prices and I was really impressed by how he's very descriptive. Will use company again and will request for Robert for sure.

Not only did Chris Cochrane do his utmost to retrieve a broken cartridge (to avoid MAJOR plumbing repair); he had the parts needed for the repair,on hand;did not waste time with idle chit-chat;offered some great plumbing advice on water conservation shower heads and even alerted me to a plumbing problem with the toilet (never stopped running the whole time he was there).We have been left with a sense of complete confidence. There will be no panic the next time we need a plumber. Chris also told us about a great plan that Mr. Rooter offers that is a lifetime membership. Well worth it!

Mr. Rooter sent an excellent plumber to do our renovations. I would definitely recommend this company when in need of emergency plumbing during the weekends. Robert was quick, efficient and knowledgeable.

Had a vent stack that was leaking when raining call Mr Rooter 5PM Fri night 2 hours later everything fixed.Robert did a great job!!!Nice to know that a plumbing problem fix is just a phone call away.

Very courteous, communicative and efficient. He arrived on time, left within the estimated time period to complete the job and cleaned up beautifully! We have never used this company before but would recommend them to friends.
