I was not sure who to call for service the first time and ended up calling Mr. Rooter. We had a great experience with Mr. Rooter then and decided to call them again. Robert was the plumber who came out the first time and we requested to have our plumber come back. He was great again and we would not use to hesitate to use them in the future.

I moved to a 1949 bungalow in Alderwood (Etobicoke) recently. I did the routine walkabout, then moved on to the appliances and the infrastructure. Everything seemed fine until I peeked into the basement shower and found a small pond of what looked like soil. I called Mr. Rooter - the gentleman whom the company sent was very helpful, he fixed the issue, identified and fixed two more problems, and left me with a list of recommendations how to keep the place in good shape. I am about to call Mr. Rooter again - need help with a new project.
