Les M was punctual, courteous, wore shoe covers to avoid dirtying the house. He was careful and cleaned up after the work was done. I was pleased with the work performed.

Ziggy has worked with us on three items now, two of which were toilet replacements. He is always punctual, very polite, ensures our home is kept clean after his work and does a professional job.

Andrew came by today to disconnect my basement shower. He explained the process that was required to do the project. He also reviewed the Advantage Plan with Mr. Rooter. He did the work quickly and cleanly and provided advice about what the next steps for the project should be. Overall, a good experience.

The plumber, Les Malinski, did an excellent job of replacing the toilet parts. Was very careful to keep the house clean when he came in and left and explained the whole procedure he was doing. Great service from Mr. Rooter!

We have three little boys in the house who are out of diapers and a baby girl who is still in them. The boys for whatever reason are fascinated with flushing things down the toilet. I found it to be unusually quite in the basement and decided to go and see what they were up to. To my disbelief, I found all three of them in the bathroom. They had taken a bunch of my daughters diapers and tried flushing them down the toilet. There was water, soiled diapers, toilet paper and raw sewage all over; it was disgusting. Having heard of homestars through a friend, it was the first place I checked. I called one company first and they said they would not be able to come out until the morning. I then called Mr. Rooter, and am I ever glad that I did. The girl on the phone said that she would have someone here within the hour. 45 minutes later Alexei showed up and had the problem under control. Once he was done, he even cleaned up the entire floor and toilet. It was as clean as it was before the incident. It even smelled nice. We were so impressed with the service that we purchased a membership. Mr Rooter is the only company that we will deal with in the future. Thank you very, very much Alexei.

This is not about a plumbing issue. My van was stuck and I desperately needed to get to my son's school for his first speech. Chris Cochrane from Mr. Rooter GTA was such a gentleman. He boosted my battery and helped me on my way. Thank you for your assistance.

I called Mr. Rooter in the morning, when I had a problem with my toilet. Les came over right away! He was very curtious and very friendly. He came in, assessed the problem and explained in detail what the situation was. He took the time to review the options I have and the prices for those options. Les also provided tips to prevent any future problems. Les took his time to unclog the toilet and replace all parts needed. He did an amazing job! I will recommend Les and Mr. Rooter to friends and family.

We have been experiencing drain issues for the past 3 years and I just wanted to fix it for good. We got three estimates all three companies provided different options, I chose Mr Rooter mainly because I felt comfortable with the plumber. Frano did a fantastic job at making us understand what we are dealing with. The Other guys proposed to partially replace the drain. I chose to replace all the clay pipe for the simple reason that I did not want to deal with this again. After four days the job is complete. Job Well Done
