Our floor shower faucet needed repair as water was dripping like crazy. As a Mr. Rooter member, I know that I will be given priority in a service call like this aside from the usual discount that members enjoy. Chris came at the appointed time. What I thought was an easy job turned out to be quite complicated due to a bad repair done by another contractor a couple of years ago. On the same visit, Chris had to make two separate trips to get the parts needed to replace our tub spout. And he always came back with a smiling face and with a solution to our problem. Also, I couldn't thank him much for locating the water switch in our basement storage amidst a rubble of boxes and computer junks. And I didn't hear a complaint from him despite this extra work that he had to do. The job was completed in a few hours. I hope that other service contractors will have people as dedicated, cheerful and customer-focused as Chris Cochrane of Mr. Rooter.
