Chris came on time, he impress me with his drop sheets. He cleaned his mess, showed me what he fixed and how to use the new valve. He inspected the rest of the plumbing and found a toilet running which he fixed while he was here. He could not have been cleaner, i will recommend him to all my friends. Cheers for Mr Rooter

This is the third time I've gone with Mr.Rooter and the second time with Chris Cochrane. My first experience with Chris was several months ago after I botched a "simple" faucet repair which turned into a major leak I couldn't contain. And of course it was on a Sunday night. I was totally impressed with the work Chris did and how open he was to answering my questions and offering advice. And today, when it came time to replace my aging water guzzling toilet I called Mr.Rooter again and asked for Chris because I wanted it done right by someone I could trust. I spoke to family and friends who have gone with cheaper handyman/plumbers to save money, but ultimately it costs more in the end because they had to get another plumber to fix the workmanship from the previous plumber. No thanks. Chris was at my door right on time this morning and had my beautiful Toto Drake installed promptly. No mess or fuss. I will go with Chris and Mr.Rooter again. Highly recommended. Alan

Alex came to my rescue again to solve a problem with my plumbing located in the bathroom. My hot water bathtub faucet was leaking and it was getting worst by the minute. As usual I called Mr. Rooter and they sent an "angel" Alex Myroniuk to the rescue again. He came earlier this year to fix the kitchen faucet and the work was exceptionally done. So this time I was looking for the same person but forgot his name. As luck would have it, when I placed my call they sent the same person, what luck! I'm very pleased with his service and the job was done perfectly just like before. I have a few more plumbing projects and will be calling Alex(now that I remembered his name) to be completing them for me. I am very thankful for having found such an excellent plumber. I needed a plumber to reconfigure the pipes after I had a granite countertop with an undermount sink installed. Robert arrived a couple of hours after I phoned, and did a fantastic job. He addressed all of my questions and concerns. I am very confident in the work he did - it looks and works beautifully!! As an added courtesy for peace of mind, he provided me with his business card and told me that if I had any problems with my sink, to call him and he would come and take care of it. Great service. We woke up to a major flood in our basement. We were not sure what to do so we called a friend for advice. He recommended Mr. Rooter. We ended up on homestars and read their reviews and called them. Mike showed up and diagnosed the situation. The cool thing was that he put a camera down the drain and we were able to see exactly what the problem was. As he went through the process he answered all of questions. This guy really knows what he is talking about; a real professional. He offered us options and explained each one thoroughly. Because of our extensive lanscaping, excavting was really not an option. We opted for a small (minimal)excavation to fix one spot near the house. We plan on living here for a long time so we also chose an upgrade to replace the remainder of the line without any further excavation. Absolutely amazing. Manny, Neil and the relining crew showed up and inserted a fiberglass liner in the rest of the line. When they put the camera down the line to show us what they did, we had a new drain in place that was smooth as glass. It also came with a 25 year warranty. The best part of the whole thing is they did not disturb any of our lanscaping. I would like to the thank the entire Mr. Rooter team for doing an incredible job and putting our mind to ease knowing that we will not have a sewer back again. Definately a company I would highly reccomend to anybody who has a drain issue. Once again, thanks guys, you are the best.

Chris was well informed and very professional. He was clean and took so much care doing the work. Could not have been more pleased with the job. Chris arrived from Mr. Rooter and took the time to diagnose the issue with our toilet. It turned out the main drain in the house blocked and the toilet wsa fine. He took the time to explain every step, showed us what the camera was seeing. He laid out the costs clearly and did a fantastic job with the clean up. Will definitely use the services again.
