Tuesday evening our toilette sprang a leak...We called Mr.Rooter and within an hour Plumbing Technician Alex Myroniuk was at the door. We found him to be friendly and polite, despite the late hour we called.He quickly replaced our toilette that night.He also discovered another leak withing the walls in the main drain pipe.He returned again early next morning to repair the pipe.It was a big and very messy job...We found Alex to be courteous and professional. He did an excellent job with our repairs.. Should we ever have another emergency, We will not hesitate to call Alex.A very big thank you... Mario of Mississauga.

Fred Cooley was exceptional when he came to place a camera down my drain. I had a flood and needed to know where the blackage was and Fred at Mr.Rooter was the only plumber out of 5 that located the blockage for me.

The kind of service and workmanship we received from Mr. Ziggy Koska of Mr. Rooter Plumbing, is the reason we would stay loyal customers to Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Ziggy Koska of Mr. Rooter Plumbing showed up at our home less than 40 minutes after our initial call. Ziggy was friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He did a beautiful job on the installation of our toilets and the replacement of some old water pipes. Ziggy also discarded the old toilets and piping in an eco friendly way. Mr. Rooter Plumbing, did not make us wait for a second service call when we requested additional work to be done. We very much appreciate this kind of care and service given to us. Ziggy from Mr. Rooter attended on our service for the drain overlow of grease and I found him to be extremly mannerly, polite and helpful with regard to the service. He fully explained the work that would have to be done and efficiently finished the necessary work. After that he cleaned up the area that had the overflow and left things tidy. I was most pleased with his service and will be pleased to recommend him to anyone who requires a reliable, effective professional like him.

Les came in gave me the different possible issues with my toilet and showed me the book on the costs depending on what the issue turned out to be. I thought he was going to have to remove the toilet which I would have been costly but after his assessment it only required a blockage to be cleared and a part replacement. He made the change, the toilet worked fine and so I had him change the same part on my other toilet that was still working but not that well. The part replacement did the trick on that toilet as well. Les was courteous, efficient and left both bathrooms very tidy. You couldn't tell any work had been done in them. I will definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to my friends.

Sasha replaced hot water heater quickly as promised - replaced hot water valve - which he noticed was leaking - was patient in waiting for Shopping Mall Manager to locate shut off valve - pleasant to deal with - patient - fast
