We had a smell coming from bathroom. Chris found problem in a timely fashion having to make a hole in wall he found an open pipe which he fixed. He cleaned up after job was complete and even gave me a shopping bag on his way out. Thank you mr. rooter and chris you guys are awesome!

I would like to thank absolutely every person that I dealt with at Mr. Rooter. The lady who first answered the telephone, whom I believe was Marsha and took my distress call. I was in a state of panic. She answered the phone by stating it was a great day at Mr. Rooter. Well, I definately let her know that I was not having a good day at all. She calmed me down and took all of my information and said that they would have a plumber at our door within the hour. She also told me to shut the main water supply of to the house until the plumber showed up. This would stop any further damage from occurring. I did not know where this valve was to shut the water off; however Marsha managed to guide me to the valve which was in the basement behind the furnace; I couldn't believe it. To our surprise, the plumber showed up within 45 minutes. He was a very polite gentleman and introduced himself as Fred. Before entering the house he put these little blue covers on his shoes. I have had other servicemen in the house who just walked in with their shoes on. It was real pleasure to see that there are people who respect other people's property, my house is my castle. Before doing any work, Fred asked me a lot questions and finally asked me to turn the water on. He covered the entire room with sheets and proceeded to cut the ceiling. He found where the water pipe had started leaking and fixed it. We also had to replace the shower faucet and the main water shut valve. Once all the work was complete, he cleaned up after himself, and left the room spotless. He even went to my kitchen tap and replaced the little thing on the end because it sprayed water everywhere when the water was turned on. I also purchased a lifetime protection plan from Mr. Rooter. They are definately the only plumbing company that I will use in the future and I will tell all my friends and family about them as well. Thanks you very much to the whole Mr. Rooter team; you guys are the best and keep up the great work.

It is, unfortunately, so unusual to meet a service professional who is truly "professional" ... expert and creative; sincerely customer focused; willing and able to exceed expectations; courteous and, frankly, a gentleman. The experience from the initial phone call to the hand shake goodbye was effortless and predictable. Andrew took the time to explain my drainage problem in as much detail as I liked. After the job was done I felt comfortable asking him about how my sump pump system worked and he was more than willing to show me how I could prevent some common sump problems.

we had a clogged drained in the kitchen repaired it very quickly, and inspected all the drains all the piping inthe house as well, and did alot of extra work that would have cost us too much. he was also very knowledgeable and very professional. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody.

We were having work done and the contractor needed to shut the main water valve off. When he went to turn in back on it had seized and needed to be replaced. It was Saturday night of the long weekend but much to my suprise Robert from Mr Rooter Plumbing was at our home less than 1 hour after we called in and had the problem fixed in no time. He was exceptional in every way, clean, efficient, personable and did an excellent job. He even called back on Sunday morning to ensure that everything was ok. It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Mississauga Location - Mr. Alex Myroniuk is a very nice, extremly experienced professional. Our shower systems have dripping issues and he has made recommendations for fixing the problems. he listened attentively and answered my question professionally. You can tell he is extremely knowledgable for plumbing and knows how to do a good job. Though we havn't finalized the contact but it's worth to mention we're impressed today with his work.

After having several plumbing companies out to assess the leak in my basement, I was fortunate enough to have Alex over to give me an estimate of the work that needed to be done. Not only was he up front about the costs, but he was also knowledgeable about the work at hand as was so easy to talk to. Needless to say, he worked VERY hard over 2 days to complete the job, and when I had a leak this a.m, it was only him that I wanted to come out and do the job.
