Robert had to make a return visit because the bathtub started leaking again. He found the real problem which was a large chunk of calcium buildup in the pipe that was clogging the new cartridge he put in last week. He took out the calcium for me and replaced the cartridge yet again, and he did it for no charge. I was very appreciative of his time and effort. Thanks again!

Mr. Rooter sent Robert Plantic to my home to fix my bathtub. He did a great job, the bathtub works perfectly now. He was also very courteous, friendly and knowledgable. If I need Mr. Rooter's services again I will definetly be requesting that he be the plumber that they send out.

Chris arrived in the time we were told he would arrive. He was very professional and personable. He explained everything he would be doing and gave us an accurate estimate for the job. He did the job in good time and cleaned up afterwards. We were very pleased with his service and would call him again if we need a plumber.

I recently had Alex over to my home to complete several repairs, including replacing an old sluggish toilet. We had a blockage in the pipes in our Laundry area. The pipes were also connected to the kitchen pipes. I called Mr rooter in the morning and the plumber arrived within the hour. Robert found and cleared the blockage and fixed a broken(leaky pipe). I found Robert to be fast, courteous and exceptionally professional. I will recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services. It was very refreshing not to have someone just trying to gouge customers - Thankyou!

On Father's Day, our kitchen tap broke. We needed the tap repaired and decided to replace our two toilets at the same time. On Father's Day, Andrew arrived promptly and spent most of the day doing the job. He then came two days later to do a quick and efficient follow-up. He was courteous and willing to listen to our opinion. We would highly recommend his services.
