Alex Myroniuk from Mr. Rooter performed plumbing for us. We had a leaky toilet and it had to be replaced. Alex was very courteous and professional, and he completed the job successfully. He also gave us tips on how to use our new product. My wife and I are pleased with completion of this work.

On May 5, 2009, I returned home at 10:30pm to find a water leak in my living room ceiling. I knew that there were no pipes in this area and immediately called Mr. Rooter to get someone out to look at it. Robert arrived at about 11:15pm and had found the problem within minutes. It seems that the shut-off valve and tank valve on my en-suite washroom both decided to let go that evening. Robert had the problem fixed and my leak stopped within then next hour. His workmanship and demeanor were both exceptional especially for someone being called out at that late hour. I would recommend Robert to all of my neighbours for any plumbing repairs they may need. Robert is an excellent example of the professionalism that I associate with Mr. Rooter.

I was very pleased with the professionalism, helpfulness of Chris Cochrane. He explained what he was doing and why and once again he solved my problems. THis was the second time that he has come to repair major problems in the past year and both times I was completely satisfied with his knowledge and his work.

Our main toilet was blocked, I called Mr. Rooter and Mr. Plantic one of their technicians came to fix it. He was truly extraordinary!! He was professional, personable and clean. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I will recommend Mr. Rooter to all of our friends and if I need a plumber in the future I will specifically asked for Mr. Plantic. Job well done!!!

Chris did a very professional job . When he arrived, he met a mess that another "plumber" had left behind. Chris not only repaired the problem superbly, left also the basement area in a much cleaner state than how he had met it. Thanks Chris!

I'm always leary about calling a plumber but I had called Mr. Rooter last year to replace the guts of the toilet tanks because I didn't have any choice. They did a good job then so I called them again for this problem. First of all when I called, who ever the female was that answered the phone was very nice and professional as well. Plumber Jamil Nasir came out and was on time which is always nice to experience. He was pleasant and listened to me as I explained the problem. The cartridge in the kitchen tap needed to be replaced and I had planned on doing the job myself until I got hung up at the first step. The allen key bolt was stripped and I couldn't get it out. Jamil advised me that if he couldn't get it out I'd have to think about buying all new taps which is an expense I didn't want at this time since the tap that was already in was relatively new as far as we both could tell. Jamil worked at the stripped bolt for about 10 minutes and I can't tell you how relieved I was when he got it to come out. The rest of the work went relatively smoothly and Jamil was a pleasure to have in my home. He was personable, professional and only took an hour for the whole job. Thank you Jamil and if I have to call Mr. Rooter again I will request you. As any business will tell you, word of mouth and repeat customers are invaluable. I have already recommended your company to a friend. Keep up the good work.

I called Mr. Rooter based on their add in the Yellow Pages where it showed they had won several awards. The girl who answered the phone (maybe named Marsha?) was very polite and efficient. Nick Ferrante was the repairman, and he was friendly, and knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain what he had to do. I was very impressed with this serviceman, and with the company in general.

After repairing the upstairs toilet myself, I tried to repair one on main level however I ran into problems. Shut off valve at base of toilet did not work, needed to shut main water. Jamil replaced shut off valve, as well as supply line and repaired the inside workings of toilet.
