Robert and Nick did an excellent emergency job on my kitchen faucet. They identified and effectively resolved several issues with an old plumbing system under my kitchen sink. I was working on replacing my faucet when the hot water line broke, causing a major flood which went into the basement. I called Mr. Rooter and Robert and Nick showed up very quickly. The repair and replacement job they did was quality work, done the right/proper way, done with future safety in mind, and was clean. They were very helpful, experienced and communicated well. Now I have better water pressure and a much better kitchen plumbing setup - and peace of mind. I will highly recommend Robert and Nick and Mr. Rooter to family, friends and acquaintances. Great job, great work.

CHRIS COCHRANE CAME TO FIX A BUCH OF BACK3ED UP TOILETS. HE WAS EXTREMELY EFFICIENT , PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY. I HAD A TERRIBLE HEADACHE AT THE TIME AND HE WAS SO CONSIDERATE AND EVEN CARRIED ALL MY GROCERIES UP FROM THE FRONT HALL( i DID NOT ASK HIM TOO) AND PUT IN KITCHEN. I HAD LEFT THEM THERE BECAUSE MY HEAD WAS SO BAD. EXPLAINED ALL THE BILLING CAREFULLY AND WAS OVERALL DELIGHTFUL. WILL DEFINETLY ASK FOR HIM NEXT TIME, ANNE ADDISON

Leak in laundry room ceiling, thought maybe it was from the bathroom. Called Mr. Rooter at 7:45 Monday morning and Mike came in at 10:00am. He investigated and found that the leak came from the kitchen tap that had just been replaced by a friend. I was not home, but my disabled relative who was here stated that Mike found the leak under the kitchen sink, fixed the leak and cleaned and mopped all the water that was in the cupboard under the sink. I only regret that....I had someone else replace my kitchen tap, I did not think to look under the sink for the leak and Mike did all the clean up. We have used Mr. Rooter in the past and will do so again...Service is fast and efficient. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and willing to listen and Mike you are the greatest!!!!

Robert Plantic from Mr. Rooter fixed the fog horn noise that my toilet was making. Robert showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He worked quickly and got the toilet fixed at a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use him again for my future pluming needs.

Robert Planter came to fix a "drip" problem in my bath yesterday. He turned up on time, was very polite, ensured that he wore his plastic shoe coverings - he showed me the problem in the Mr. Rooter manual and we agreed that he should proceed. He did a great job and I was very pleased with his service - I would certainly recommend him to anyone else who needs plumbing work done in their house.

I PICKED FROM THE YELLOW PAGES MR.ROOTER EXPECTING, AND HOPING TO GET AN OK SERVICE. I WAS AMAZINGLY SURPRISED TO FIND A MAN THAT CARE FOR HIS WORK AND THE PEOPLE HE SERVICES. JAMIL DID A WONDERFUL JOB, POLITE,PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN TO MY HUSBAND, WHO WANTS TO DO THE NEXT STEP, WHICH IS TO INSTALLED THE FAUCET AND SINK, HOW TO DO. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT HIS BEST. I'LL RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

This is the third time I have used Mr. Rooter. They have always sent professional plumbers who are courteous and "throw in" extras here and there. I had a running toilet which had a few parts replaced ($200). The next day, it was sporadic. Robert came back and checked it again. As he was waiting - we found a number of other things that needed doing including new shut off valves, new pipe drain and moving an automatic litter box to another water line. He did all the jobs, and checked his work and showed us what he did. He waited until the original problem settled as well. He also said to call again if there were any issues. All in all a terrific guy - great service - prompt and they do what they say they will do.

Robert Plantic of Mr. Rooter Plumbing came on time, provided me with an estimate up front, advised me of issues that arose and how to properly fix them, then followed up the next morning with a phone call to find out if everything was still okay. He is excellent, professional, and efficient. My only concern was that the price was a bit high, although he did quote me up front from his price list.

Chris came. He was prompt, courteous and very helpful. Repairs done well. Although shower was 25 years old and parts were made by company long out of business, Chris tried hard to locate such parts before he suggested new faucet. One sink faucet replaced, other repaired. No further problems.

Robert arrived earlier than expected, was courteous, efficient and tidy. He had to do a bit of "creative plumbing" to fix the problem because whoever worked on it originally was "creative" but not in a good way. Robert explained to me what he was going to do and told me the cost up front; there were no surprises. It was a stressless service call and I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone with plumbing needs. If you're lucky, you have Robert knock on your door! Sincerely, Joan W.
