I had a major toilet leak the first time and did not knowwho to call, so I checked the BBB and found out a lot of people had a lot of good things to say, Chris Cochrane came the first time and I was nervous as I don't know who you can trust, he made me feel real comfortable and he fixed my problems with quick work and explained everything to me so when I had this problem on Friday I called and asked for Chris, they told me that he was not on the week-end so I said I would wait, he came on Monday and again fixed my problem quickly and was very easy to talk to Good Job Chris and I will definatly call Mr. Rooter for futher work Thanks Chris excellent job

About a week ago my drain in the basement backed up and I called Mr. Rooter plumbing. Frano arrived in 35 min and started on the work. He first tried to clear the drain and after trying to clear it for 20 min or so he put the camera in the drain and showed me the many roots inside my "clay" drain pipe. He explained to me everything regarding the problem and I was very comfortable with him doing the work even though he looks very young he did a great job and made me feel comfortable of Mr. Rooter doing the job. The boys after worked like dogs outside digging the main hole. Just want to thanks you guys for the great work and for keeping everything clean as I was very scared of what was going to look like after the job was done. All the best to Mr. Rooter and once again thanks Frano.

Robert was an excellent representative of Mr. Rooter. We appreciated his knowledge, effeciency and cleanliness. He kept us informed every step of the way as it became necessary to do more than we had originally anticipated.

Robert Piantic,was excellent. He has great customer service,and did an excellent job. I would highly reccomend this compnay,and Robert to anyone. In this day and age customer servise is just not around any more,so was very suprised.

During a warm spurt this February, our sump pump filled up to the brim and smelled. We called Mr. Rooter and Rob came out right away to assess the situation. He examined the motor and realized we needed a new motor all together. Even though we had a new motor, we woke up the next morning to the same smell we had experienced the night before. Rob worked for hours to find that the project was much bigger than we thought. Not only was he friendly and professional, but also honest and made it a point to explain exactly what he thought was going on. In the end, Rob found a wonderful solution to the problem that actually saved us money and saved us from a possible excavation project. I would recommend him to anyone who requires a plumber.

Chris was very professional in his approach. He took the time to explain to usI what could have caused the problem. He was polite and recommended some foreseeable problems which should be addressed in the near future. Upon Chris' advise we took out membership with Mr. Rooter. We hope to have continuous service with the company. By the way, he did not leave the bathroom floors messy!

Kitchen sink "P" trap was rusted and developed a hole. I attempted to replace the "P" trap but to my surprise I have discoverd that the pipe connecting a "P" trap to the drain line was originaly installed using some sort of bonding agent and could not be reused. I called Mr. Rooter. Robert Plantic came within the hour and did very professional job replacing them. Since I also had a cronic problem of drainage, Robert cleaned the drain pipe and eliminated that problem as well. Thank you Robert for a job well done.

I had my drains backup several times over the last few years, this time I called mr Rooter. I was aware that my problem was do to root damage in the clay pipe. I was advised by other companies to fix this issue by digging. Frano explained to me that the best way to do this repair was to "Line" the clay pipe and restore it. The warranty is the same as if they were going to dig it, 25 years. But most importantly my concrete walkway outside was saved. Also as a bonus I recieved 240 AirMiles. The crew that came to install the liner were nice guys. They called the city so I can get a rebate for $2000 and showed me what my drain looked like before and after the liner was installed. Everything looked great and no more backups! Job Well Done Mr. Rooter

My wife and l were very impressed by the service that we recieved from Mr.Rooter. From the office, to Chris who did the actual work,everything was handled quite professionally. l would not hesitate to recommend Mr Rooter to my friends or family as we were quite pleased with the way that they looked after our needs. I found the service on the Toronto Yellow Pages. John D. one of Mr. Rooter plumbing technicians, was in my home within an hour. John was courteous and friendly and, as requested, he unclogged the pipes leading to our kitchen drain and further suggested that we should replace the whole pipe system (2 drains) underneath the sink, which he did a great job. Although I found the price to be a somewhat expensive, especially in these times where there is not a lot of money to go around, I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who requires this service and especially John D. for his excellent workmanship.
