    Window Blinds

    From start to finish I had a very good experience. The initial response via email from Michael was prompt and professional. Charles arrived soon after to measure and confirm product (custom roller blinds). Delivery estimate was accurate and blinds were installed perfectly. They are exactly what I expected.

    Silhouette Blinds

    Working with Window Blinds Direct was such a pleasure. I had never purchased window coverings before and was nervous about finding the right solution for a reasonable price. One of my friends recommended Window Blinds Direct after her experience and Im so glad that she did. Everyone that we dealt with from beginning to end was knowledgeable and professional. I could have not asked for a better experience for my first time purchasing blinds. We appreciate their guidance on what window coverings worked best for each location and our needs. Our blinds arrived in just over 3 weeks and we were pleasantly surprised that they were quickly installed before the holidays. Thank you Michael and Charles for all of your help! We are so happy with our new blinds and will call you when we are ready to complete the rest of our windows.

    Installation of window blinds

    The owner was very accommodating. I explained that the windows weren't installed as of yet and he told me to inform him when they were. When I did his installer came that day earlier than I expected. Very friendly when came to take the measurements. I think it was either the next day or the day after I had my quote. I told him yes I wanted them done. I think it was about a week later when I messaged him because I forgot the time-line for the install. He messaged me back and said they were ready and could the installer come Thursday between 2-3 of course I said yes. So they were installed on the 22nd of December just before Christmas.

    Easy to deal with, reasonably priced

    I had received 2 quotes from different companies prior to coming to Window Blinds Direct, mainly as a sanity test. Michael turned out to be so easy to deal with, and Charles such a professional - we ended up going with them instead. They are communicative, easy to reach for any questions, reasonably priced, and short lists choices for you (provides prescriptive guidance) so that you are not faced with too many options. The blinds were made to measure and work well.

    Great Experience - Blinds & Shutters

    New home needing shutters and blinds - we wanted a bit more privacy and warmth while being able to enjoy the views outside. Charles came and helped find the perfect set for our home within our budget. I would certainly recommend the team and had a great experience with Charles and Michael.

    Condo Blinds

    Extremely detailed and professional, with timely updates throughout the process. Our loft has some unique features that require creative solutions - they walked us through all of the options and priced them out so that we could make the most informed and cost-effective decision.

    Blind installation

    Great experience with Window Blinds Direct who helped measure, pick out and install new blinds throughout the house. Very reasonably priced and great communication.

    The Best Blinds company

    Blinds Direct completed my order in 6 weeks. Michael was easy to communicate with and Charles was very knowledgeable, helping me choose the right material and colour. Complete installation in my 3 bedroom townhouse took less than an hour. I am very happy with how the blinds look. The staff, service and product are great and the price very competitive. I would recommend this Blinds company to anyone looking for good service and value for money!

    Condominium lounge renovation

    Excellent product and service. The installer measured all windows pre-order and did a great install. Best of all, the total cost was almost half that of the big brand names.

    Flying under the radar

    Window Blinds Direct is definitely flying under everyone's radar but hopefully won't be a well kept secret much longer. After looking around and reaching out to four companies, only Window Blinds Direct followed up. Right from the first conversation with Michael, we knew we were dealing with someone who takes pride in the company he represents. We couldn't believe the price but Michael didn't pressure us when we informed him that we just wanted to hear back from the others ... only one of the others got back to us and were nearly double the price. With the savings in the window coverings, we also ended up motorizing 5 of the 13 windows and still were Michael walked us through the steps and timelines, and Window Blinds Direct delivered as scheduled. Charles' attitude during the installation just confirmed the quality and service to expect: (1) when one of the blinds didn't line up correctly, he took it back to have it corrected back at the shop, (2) took the time to explain how to install as we order additional blinds for another place, and (3) had me install one to be sure that I knew how it was done. I definitely would recommend Window Blinds Direct to any looking to replace or upgrade their window treatments.
