    Service Call

    Very happy with the follow-up service received from Blinds Direct after the brackets for the blinds they originally installed a couple years ago were recently damaged by the contractor who did repair work at my house after a water leak. Michael and his team were able to re-size and re-install the blinds and I'm so grateful they were able to do this and save my beautiful blinds from Blinds Direct. Easy to communicate with and quick follow through with services. Thank you again!

    Window coverings for all windows in condo

    Great service and the shades are great , Their suggestion to get the motors for the shades in the living room was a good suggestion as the windows are very Large Installation service and price all excellent Mike and Charles thank you.

    Easy blinds install

    Michael is extremely easy to communicate with, over both text and email. Charles was very helpful in selecting the best aesthetic and fit for our family's needs. The install was very smooth. Highly recommend.

    Blinds

    We had blinds done for a client and the process went smoothly. Michael was so helpful and professional! We will certainly choose Window Blinds Direct the next time we need blinds installed.

    No longer blinded by the light

    I had 3 companies quote on blinds for our house and these guys were the clear winner from the get go. Attentive, responsive, tons of options, fair pricing. The blinds look incredible. Modern, clean lines, and functional. Michael came in on time and budget, and his install team lead by Charles was top notch. This family run business puts their heart into it and it shows in their craftsmanship and customer service. 10/10 recommend!

    Excellent Products and Service for Window Coverings

    The products are of excellent quality and the person who measured and quoted pricing, Charles, was very knowledgeable and provided great advice. The pricing was very competitive and I feel we received excellent value. Our installation included motorized blinds that have Internet connectivity and we have them opening and closing automatically when at sunrise and sunset. They are so quiet when moving. We also had shutters installed.

    Amazing Roller Blind - with a view

    I have been searching for the perfect blind at a reasonable price and I found Window Blinds Direct. I cannot say enough about the service both Michael and Charlie provided. They are reliable, conscientious and have a great quality product! I love my blind it was exactly what I wanted. The installation was great, quick and very clean. Even vacuuming the dust from a the concrete wall they had to install into. I highly recommend them.

    Very good experience from quote to completion

    Top notch service from Michael to start the process - giving me confidence in both the quality of the product as well as the care they would take with installation. Charles did a great job with measurements and installation/ programming of my blinds. Great teamwork. Great product. Great experience.

    Excellent Product and Service
