    Quick, thorough, very pleased overall!

    Received the Window Blinds Direct contact info from a friend who was happy with their service, and Im glad I did! After reaching out via email, I was able to get a home visit that same week and a quote right away. The install was completed quickly and the team was responsive throughout the process.

    Customer Service Excellence and Quality Products

    From the moment I contacted Mike to the moment Charles completed the installation, this company was a pleasure to work with! The process was quick and efficient and these two gentlemen KNOW what customer service is all about. I highly recommend getting blinds/shades from them.

    New Blinds

    Michael, Charles and team were so incredible. They were so quick to get back to me, measure and quote. And the end product looks amazing. Super sleek designs and great colour options. Installation was super quick and seamless. Will definitely use them for future projects!

    New Window Shades

    Our experience with Window Blinds Direct great! The team was friendly, courteous, and answered all of my questions. From initially discussing our project with Michael working to keep the costs within budget and Charles who came to take measurements, provided samples and suggestions and who would eventually install the shades, experience from start to finish was professional and seamless. The quality of the product and work was top notch and we had everything completed in a couple of weeks. Many thanks to Michael & Charles for a job well done! Will definitely be recommending Window Blinds Direct to friends & family.

    Installation of Shutters

    Michael was very helpful in initiating and throughout the process. Charles and his assistant did the installation and were very professional and efficient. They cleaned up afterwards and moved furniture back. A great process from start to finish!

    Great Product + Fantastic Service

    I had a great experience with Window Blinds Direct - the blinds were custom made and ready within 3 weeks; one of them ended up being not right in measurements and the team was quick to rectify this issue and come back within a week or so to install the proper one. 10/10 experience!!

    Shutters/Blinds

    10/10. We had shutters and blinds installed for 24 windows. Great quality and price. Texts were always responded to quickly. Charles did a great job with the installation. Short turn around time from the initial meeting to the installation. Couldnt be happier.
