    Window Coverings Choice and Installation

    Michael was very responsive to my inquiries, responding when even out of the country. It was easy to schedule a consult. Their blinds were incredibly well-priced for my purposes and seem to be of good quality. There was open communication on the status of the order, and it was easy to schedule the installation. Charles is extremely efficient, professional, clean and involved me in the decision of various installation elements throughout. All in all a seemless experience and I would highly recommend this company.

    Amazing service and product

    Michael and Charles were great! They were patient, answered my many questions and reassured me. The product is excellent and a Hunter Douglas equivalent at half the cost. I researched a long time. Service was impeccable. I will have them back for my other rooms.

    Window Coverings - Full house

    We are thrilled with the window coverings that Window Blinds Direct installed in our newly renovated home ( 13 windows and 1 sliding door). Michael accommodated us on a weekend to view our home during construction and made recommendations. Charles then returned to take measurements also in a construction zone. The coverings arrived approx 3 weeks upon submitting our order. They look terrific and our designer commented on how great they were installed with no gaps! Thank you to Michael and Charles for their attention to detail and excellent client service!

    House Window Coverings Project

    Michael and Charles were both so great to work with! Very responsive and had great suggestions for both function and aesthetic. We did zebra blinds in the front of our home and blackout cellular shades in the bedrooms. Very happy with both products! Would highly recommend!

    Best Blinds Company

    I had a balcony sliding door solar shade blind and a blackout floor to ceiling window blind installed in a condo. It was easy to schedule an appointment for measurements and Charles was very helpful in recommending the type of blind that we needed. He showed us samples of different qualities so we could make the best choice within our budget. The blinds were installed a little over three weeks of ordering. The service was prompt and efficient and the blinds look great. Michael who scheduled the appointments and gave us the quote communicated clearly and in a timely manner. Thank you!

    Zebra Blinds

    Charles from Window Blinds Direct came to house, provided valuable information/guidance on the blinds, we immediately got a quote and moved ahead with the project. As promised, the blinds were installed within the promised window and all went extremely smooth. I highly recommend Window Blinds Direct.
