    New shades for 8 windows

    Very appreciative for the excellent service and product offered. We entered this process with one type of shade in mind, but appreciated the information provided by Charles on why other products might fit the space better. The alternative products were less expensive than what we had in mind, and Charles was absolutely right - they are perfect. Michael was prompt and very responsive in helping us navigate all of the admin details.

    Zebra Shades and Installation

    Michael was extremely accommodating, punctual with responses, and ensured that we were 100% happy with the product that we received. Charles offered his expertise helping us choose the right shades and offered us options when we were undecided. Charles and his colleague installed all 27 of our new Zebra Shades efficiently and competently. We are very happy with the product that we received and with our experience with Window Blinds Direct.

    Vinyl shutters

    Excellent service, good quality and the entire house look beautiful. Very good communication all the time and we received the shutters by the date planned. Also the installation service was fast and clean.

    Shutters

    Job was completed with professionalism and Charles was super courteous. Lots of attention to detail and care . Michael was flexible and delivered on all his promises. My wife is super happy with the finished product . Will highly recommend Michael and his crew. Cannot ask for better service and great advice . Thank you Michael

    Beautiful zebra blinds completed our main floor reno!

    Michael came to our home, professional and knowledgeable with a variety of samples and went through explained different types, took time to answer all questions and select blinds perfect for our home! Charles and associate came to install, also professional and knowledgeable about the blinds, answered questions and completed perfect installations of 5 various size windows and sliding door! These blinds are high quality custom made. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again we are so pleased with our blinds!

    Wow!

    Michael and Charles were outstanding! Everything from the beginning to end was excellent. I would highly recommend! My blinds look amazing, couldnt be happier!

    I dont think there are enough adjectives to describe my windowsbut here we go, amazing service friendly and reliable personnelkitchen and dining area looks amazing ..material and productawesomethank you Michael and installation staff for excellent product at a great price and all is so wonderful!     Moterized Zebra Shades

    Michael, the owner of the Window Blinds Direct, responded my text and email very efficiently. He answered all my questions and concerned. The detailed quote is very compatible to other companies. The technician came and measured the windows on schedule. They are very easy to communicate with. On the installation day, the installer arrived on time and installed the six blind panels within a hour and half. He explained all the function of the controller and the charger for the motor. The whole service experience is very satisfied and professional. We will recommend to my friends and families.

    Plantation Shutters

    During a recent Reno, decided I would like to go with shutters and couldnt be happier with that decision and the company, Window Blinds Direct, that I chose to provide the shutters. It was a pleasure to work with Michael and his installer, Charles. They were responsive, helpful and very professional and my new blinds are just lovely. I will definitely be recommending Window Blinds Direct when asked about where to purchase California/ Plantation Shutters.
