    Great products, amazing service

    They were referred by a friend. The blinds are high quality and look amazing. The service is great - really knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

    Interior window shutters

    Charles the installer, suggested some modifications. He did an excellent job installing the shutters. We are very happy with the appearance of our new shutters.

    Installing new blinds and shutters

    I was so impressed with the service I received from Mike and Charles. From beginning to finish, Mike and Charles were warm, very responsive, efficient and professional. The price was extremely fair and the job was done quickly and beautifully. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to get new blinds or shutters.     An amazing job done with care and quality!

    Michael was a pleasure to work with! He set up a time for Charles to come visit us and take measurements, as well as show us our options for different types of shades. Once selections were made, they got the window shades custom-made to fit perfectly into our window frames. Charles was in and out within 30 minutes! I've never seen pros work so quickly and efficiently! The window shades are very well made and the pull-down functionality of them smoothly glides and makes no noise! We look forward to hiring Window Blinds Direct in the future.

    5 large motorized blinds

    Seamless experience. Measured right the first time and delivered within the scheduled timeframe. Cleaned up when they were done. Took time to make sure I knew how to use the wifi controls and features. Good experience.

    Excellent quality and installation

    Michael and Charles were great to work with, and the quality of the product was excellent. We had four sets of zebra shades installed. The process was quick, taking about 3 to 4 weeks from the time they quoted me to the completion of the installation. Michael was fast on the email replies and Charles was very knowledgeable during the consultation process. We will use this company again!

    New build

    We recently completed a new build of a contemporary house with extensive windows and clean lines. The Company proposed ann appropriate configuration of blinds that would be both functional and attractive, matching our interior finishes. As build time was protracted, the crew had to make more than one trip to get the right measurements. They did this without complaint and no extra charge. The team was knowledgeable and gave good advice, being flexible to our changing wishes. The finished product is lovely.

    California Shutters

    I contacted Michael at Window Blinds Direct in order to obtain a quote to have shutters installed throughout my home. Dealing with Michael and the installer. Charles was a seamless and easy transition. They both answered my questions and addressed my concerns promptly and satisfactorily. Their product knowledge, professionalism, promptness and customer service made this purchase a wonderful experience. I am extremely happy with my shutters, and would recommend Michael and his team to anyone considering to have shutters adorn their home!

    Blinds

    Blinds Direct was quick, efficient and had excellent customer service. They made communication very easy and always kept us up to date as our order was progressing. Installation was quick and easy, and then blinds look great. They also come in and do free in person quotes which were quick to schedule. Definitely recommend!
