    Replacement of two sliding patio doors and two small basement windows

    These doors and windows were original with the house that was built in 1980 and were quite energy inefficient. In the winter the patio doors would ice up and be unable to be opened. The new doors are amazing and the installation went flawlessly. This is the fourth project we've had Speyside do for us since 2017 and their work has always been impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

    House Windows

    The final phase of the window install for my home went smoothly. These guys were highly communicative, clean, and on time. Will continue to recommend them to everyone looking to upgrade their windows.

    Screen warranty on new door

    Screen on new door failed so Speyside service man contacted door manufacturer who sent out replacement screen. Oct 15 replacement screen was delivered to me so I emailed Speyside service man as I had been instructed. Oct 16 no reply from Speyside service man so I emailed Ryan with Speyside asking him to check with his service man. Oct 24 still hadn't heard back from Speyside so I left a phone message for Ryan asking when replacement screen would be installed. Oct 30 Ryan called and apologized for the delay in getting back to me. He advised that Matt would be out to put in the replacement screen. Oct 31 Matt installed the replacement screen. All is good now and Speyside does stand behind products they installed.

    Great quality, price and installation. Will definitely use again.

    Went with Speyside out of the 5 quotes we got on windows due to the quality and competitive pricing. Windows look great and installation team was top notch. 100% recommend, extremely satisfied. Will use again in a few years when we get our doors done.

    Phenomenal Service & Craftsmanship

    We had Ryan and Matt come and install windows, doors and casings for us. Theyve done this for all of our house now. Their attention to detail and level of caring is some of the best weve had from any of the vendors whove helped with our extensive renovation. Not only were they professional, but they were consistently a pleasure to have around the house.

    My 2nd time around with Speyside. From the initial greeting, they answered all my questions and you just know you are in great hands.     Custom Front Door

    Phenomenal experience from start to finish. They turned a disaster front door into one of my favourite parts of the house. They went above and beyond to ensure the finished product was perfect, even going so far as to fix an issue with my door adjacent flooring that happened by no fault of their own. Cannot thank you enough!
