    Great experience with Dima plumbing

    I had a great experience with John from Dima Plumbing. Our condo shower was leaking down into the unit below. John was able to diagnose the issue and perform a difficult repair (since the drain was broken). I was impressed that he also had time to check the toilet to ensure it was not leaking as well. Great communication and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Dima Plumbing for any other plumbing needs.

    Great Experience, 10/10

    This was our first time engaging a plumber. We needed help fixing a leaky sink faucet and a toilet that had problems flushing. We cold-emailed a bunch of companies and got a wide array of responses. The following reasons are why we give 10/10 to Dima plumbing: 1. they were available on short notice 2. they were able to provide an estimate prior to visit 3. they actually showed up on time 4. their estimate was the same as the final price (no "mistakes") 5. they finished their work in under an hour 6. they were nice! 7. it has been two months and no issues so far I am happy to say we will be repeat customers for situations like this!

    Valve Replacements

    John replaced 2 old leaky valves for an outdoor hose connection and inspected and tightened loose fittings in a kitchen sink drain. The work was completed quickly and tested to ensure all issues were resolved.

    Leaky main shutoff water valve replacement

    Excellent Service, Highly recommended. Main shutoff valve was leaking bad. Dima Plumbing provided up front pricing and stuck to the agreed to price and installed the new valve and went above and beyond to fix another small leak on the line.

    Alkaline Walter Filter Installation

    I googled best plumber in "Markham", they came by, took a look at my sink and said "Nope!" they left. I was giving them alternative solutions to work around it, but I guess they were too proud. DIMA came by, I gave him some suggestions, he said "Good, let's do it!" and the system was installed in a sec and it was good!

    Drain repair, clog fixed!

    John is the person you want to call for any plumbing issues! One of our sinks was backing up, went through HomeStars and although there are plenty of plumbers here, after reviewing John's page/reviews I knew who to call. John was extremely professional. He gave me 30 minutes notice that he will be arriving, took all Covid-19 protocols seriously, set up shop by making sure the area would be left clean. Fixed the issue and advised on something else that I needed done and was able to do it the same day. No pressure, no hassle. I asked some general questions about maintenance and John happily replied. The professionalism, cleanliness, and quality of work is top notch. I couldn't and wouldn't recommend any one else. Thank you John!

    Installing bathroom vanity

    My wife and I have hired John before and he did not disappoint. Very straightforward, honest, and diligent. He installed a new powder room vanity and took old one out by himself, all while wearing a mask. Thank you John and we look forward to working together again!

    cleared a backed up kitchen sink

    John responded immediately to my call and was able to come the following day to snake the kitchen drain. Many years of grease build up. He gave me easy non chemical maintenance tips and was in and out within an hour. I would recommend his services.

    broken shower faucet handle

    John was very responsive, collegial, and polite. He was able to squeeze us in on short notice and fixed the moen shower handle very quickly. You can tell he knows what he is doing and doesn't cut corners. great service. Would use his services again in the future and recommend him to other.
