    Main water shut-off valve replacement

    I contacted Dima Plumbing, because my water mains shut-off valve was leaking. After requesting pictures to check the pipe size, they quoted me a price for parts and labour with warranty. This was a set job price, which made me very comfortable, because there were no hidden costs. I dealt with Andrei, who explained that I needed to get the city to shut off the water from outside and then call him to do the job (This prevented me from paying any wait fees and made sure the city could actually shut off the water.). Andrei arrived on time and was very efficient at his job. In addition, he went through the procedures I need to do when closing and opening the shut-off valve, as well as checking my outdoor hose valve had been closed properly for the winter. He answered any question I had with patience and quality information. I would highly recommend Dima Plumbing.
