    Great Service, Professional Job

    Please note this is a review for 2 seperate jobs by DIMA plumbing. Homestars only allows reviews every 5 months. 1. May 2024 - Cost of Repair $250 A 20 year old toilet shut off valve went defective and was leaking. Texted DIMA, he was in area and was at the door in 10 minutes. Was surprised when it was Andre that came, John's son, following in his father's footsteps. Job took about 30 minutes. Andre explained everything to me along the way. 2. August 2024 - Cost of Repair $250 A pipe joint developed a pinhole leak in our basement. Water was all over the floor. Called DIMA again. Andre was there as soon as he was able and replaced the joint. He arrived on time and kept in communication advising me as to his ETA the entire time. Andre is personable and explains everything. DIMA plumbing prices are extremely reasonable. If I ever need any other plumbing repair DIMA plumbing will me my "go to" company. Thank you for both jobs, Andre

    Installed shutoff valves

    Dima was prompt and professional. He did his work quickly and had every appearance of knowing what he was doing. I would most definitely recommend him.

    Superb service

    I needed to remove a bidet beside the toilet to comply with my condo building regulations. John came and did everything, disconnect from and reconnect to water supply, and remove the bidet itself. In and out all in less than 15 minutes. Very speedy service and job very well done.

    Doesn't get better than that!

    Had a leaking faucet, called Dima, he asked for some pics, gave us instructions via text messages, we followed the instructions and Bingo! No more leak! Outstanding, fast, competent and FREE service. Who could ask for more! Highly recommend! Disclaimer: No guarantee he would do over the phone free future repairs though

    Leakage in washroom plumbing

    Fantastic service

    Andrei arrived and took care of my kitchen drain re-route very quickly and efficiently. He's very friendly and charged less than quoted. You'll be back for the next project Andrei. A+++

    replaced main shut off valve and replaced a toilet.

    Two toilet issues

    I called John regarding a leaking water shut-off valve for one of my toilets. He determined the issue on the phone, provided a quote, and fit my job in same-day. After that was fixed, I told him I'd gladly call on him again. In fact, I said there were a couple other plumbing issues that I'd call about another time. One was a leaky tub faucet, the other was a basement toilet which my husband intended to buy a part and replace...figuring it was an easy DIY project. But lots of time had passed so I thought it would get done faster if I could get John's help. As it turns out, John had the part in his truck and could quickly fix this one other job for me. Done! And after replacing the part, John noticed water leaking from the base of the toilet at the floor. He said the seal had to be replaced. John did that too. So grateful for his expertise and having that additional toilet functioning again, which wasn't even in my plan for today. The other toilet was the real emergency. John is hardworking and a very pleasant gentleman too. Highly recommend! Thank you, John.

    Kitchen sink piping replacement

    I spoke to Andrei and fixed an appointment and John cam and did the work quickly and efficiently. He made sure everything was done properly and cleaned the are after finishing. Would definitely not hesitate to recommend or call them for all my future plumbing issues !!

    Perfect Experience

    Had some wild noises coming from the toilet tank and knocking on the wall at the opposite side of the house. Very mysterious. Called another company but they were not interested in my problems. Call Dima and Andre came to my rescue, same day. Andre patiently explained every detail of the problem to me. The flapper in the toilet had degraded. As a result the fill valve would turn on and vibrate the water pipe in the basement, hitting the floor joist on the opposite side of the house. Efficient, personable and very knowledgeable. Perfect.
