    Replacement of all faucets for front yard and back yard hoses

    The faucets of my front yard hose and back yard hose have been leaking for some time. One of the faucets started to drip a couple of months ago. I decided to hire a service to have these faucets fixed. I found John in homestar.com and ask if he can come over to replace the faucets. John scheduled an appointment a few days later and arrived on time to work on this project. It took him less than two hours to replace all four faucets. We are happy that we can start to use the hoses in our front yard and backyard again.

    Repairing a leaking toilet

    We have worked with John before and would do so again. He answered our call immediately and within a few hours had scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and went to work immediately. The work was done quickly and extremely well and there was very little to clean up after the job was done. John is very courteous and thorough.

    Main Water Value Repair

    The whole process was smooth and efficient. John advised me to call the city beforehand and schedule a water main shut-off appointment. John was great and communication between either text or phone was responsive. Thanks.

    Mr. Dima was very responsive, flexible, and professional. He did a great job for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

    Main supply valve leak repair

    If I could give John 11 stars, I would. My main shut off valve was experiencing a slow drip due to its age (almost 40 year old house). First, John was very prompt in providing me with a quote. When I decided to go with Dima Plumbing, John told me how I needed to co-ordinate with the city for the water shut off and told me the day he was available. On the day of the installation the city inspector was delayed all morning. Once he arrived, I texted John and he quickly made his way down within 30 minutes. He asked the inspector to stay while he installed a new ball main shutoff valve. John was done within 15 minutes thus saving me the cost of turning the water back on later in the day. Watching John work, I could tell he had a lot of experience and knew his stuff. Overall, he was very pleasant to deal with and I recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services. You are not going to be disappointed.

    MAIN WATER SHUT OFF VALVE LEAKING

    Our house main water shutoff valve was leaking. I called Dima plumbing and spoke to John about the problem. He quoted me a reasonable price for a new ball valve replacement. He also walked me through the process of shutting off and turning on the water with the City. The work was professionally done. Thank you so much for your great and professional service.

    Quick Response On Sunday, All Fixed On Monday

    We detected a leak in our fridge water intake line early on a Sunday morning. Since we could not locate the line's shutoff valve, we needed someone to desperately answer our call for help on a Sunday. Dima Plumbing was the only business that answered the phone out of the dozen I called on a Sunday and John committed to coming first thing on Monday. John not only fixed the leaking line with ease, he also diagnosed a separate problem I had in my laundry room regarding a loose connection to the washing machine's outflow line that had water splashing under my sink. A past contractor unfortunately did not install it to code. John fixed this very quickly with new PVC pipes to bring it to code and prevent further issue. Overall, fast service and reasonable price. I'll happily recommend Dima to anyone in the neighbourhood for their plumbing needs.

    Toilet Repair

    I would highly recommend John. When I contacted him about this work he provided me with a reasonable and accurate quote. He arrived on time (and let me know in advance that he was on his way). Upon arrival, he was very professional and got the work done quickly. I am very pleased with John's service and will use Dima Plumbing again in the future.
