    Clogged Kitchen Drain

    Clogged kitchen drain that John cleared quickly with a power snake; he is an excellent example of why you hire a professional to do the job.

    Toilet supply line leakage

    If I could, I would give them a 10++++++ star rating, I would. I called at 11.50 a.m. on Mar 30 to inquire if they could repair/replace a supply line leakage to my toilet. I was requested to text a picture so that a quote could be provided. In 30 minutes I was sent a quote and if agreeable, someone would be available in an hour. I agreed. In less than 2 hours, the job was done to perfection. This was, by far, one of my best service experiences as a homeowner in Canada in the last 15 years. I would whole-heartedly endorse Dima Plumbing for their excellent service and work done. Thank you.

    Got the job done

    I needed my hot water tank mixing valve switched according to my water heater renter. I texted John after finding him on Google and he gave me a quote. John came the following morning and resolved it. No problems whatsoever.

    Fixed multiple toilets

    Clogged Drain

    Clogged Kitchen Sink

    John was originally supposed to come the following day, but I got lucky and an appointment opened up same-day to fix my clogged kitchen sink. I had tried all the usual tricks of baking-soda & vinegar and snaking my drain but needed the industrial tools. John came and fixed everything up in minutes and my kitchen cabinet is cleaner after he left than before he came! Very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

    Excellent Professional Service

    I called Dima Plumbing based on a referral as I didnt want to use my condos recommended plumbing company. That company did mediocre work. I needed my bathroom toilet repaired and John was professional, provided a reasonable estimate, and was able to come quickly even though my issue wasnt urgent. He presented his business card once I opened my door which I thought was a nice touch and rarely seen these days. He completed the repair within minutes and answered all my questions. Ill be sure to call John again if I need an excellent plumber!

    Satisfied with his work 100%

    I called John for a kitchen sink that clogged up and a bathroom toilet that needed repair. He replied quickly and professionally and came within a couple of hours. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after the mess that was left behind from my debris. I highly recommend his company for any issues. Thank you John.

    Shower Faucet cartridge replacement

    Great service! Answered the phone right away and confirm the appointment. Was able to arrive around the time that was promised. Were friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them to others and use their services again
