    Kitchen sink clog

    Arrived early on a holiday and finished the job quickly. I would definitely recommend for any plumbing jobs around the house.

    Service Excellence - Handheld Bidet Sprayer and Water Hammer Arrestors

    Incredible service! +++ So glad to have found John, as now our go to master plumber. He is very professional, reasonably priced, highly skilled and a true gentleman. Getting an accurate quote from John was quick and easy - I submitted pictures with my job list using their web form, received a fair quote within the hour, and a few minutes later I was able to book a convenient time with him. He came on time and communicated 30 minutes on the dot before arrival. He installed a handheld bidet sprayer with hot and cold water connection and a pair of water hammer arrestors for my front loading high efficiency washer. He worked clean and efficiently and checked everything with me before wrapping up. Highly recommend him and will be calling him for all my plumbing needs going forward.

    Excellent Service

    I had a leaky bathroom faucet and required a quick solutions but I also am primary care for my elderly dad who is high risk, so I wanted a company that would be delicate to my circumstances. When I spoke with John he put my mind to ease and mentioned what he can do for protocol. I initially thought I needed a complete faucet change but after review, John mentioned I required a new cartridge which was not as expensive as initially quoted. I booked John for his honesty as I sent the same details to several other companies who quoted $800-$1200. John came within a 24 hour turn around time and fixed the leak in my faucet! I will definitely use again as the service level surpassed my expectation. Thank you again! EDIT 4/17/2023 Booked John for a second job to replace an outside nozzle which was leaking. John is very easy to work with and in/out for this job in less than an hour with no mess to clean up after. My go-to company for my plumbing needs now! Thank you again

    Maintenance

    Dima was polite, transparent, and reasonable. He only suggested to replace what was necessary and didn't try to upsell. Was quick and left the area in a tidy state. I would have no issues hiring him in the future for any additional plumbing work.

    Kitchen sink | clogged drain

    John was excellent from the start: immediately responsive + clear about his quote and what was needed to set up an appointment. He arrived on time, and was extremely courteous, efficient, and professional. He had our problem solved quickly and we were very happy to have our sink working properly again! I wont hesitate to reach out to John again for any other plumbing needs that we have.

    Kitchen Sink Drain Hookup and Shut off Valve Installation

    I highly recommend Dima Plumbing. John was quick to respond, professional in his conduct, transparent about the cost right from our first conversation and on time for the appointment. He did an excellent job, did not push for anything unnecessary and his price was extremely competitive (2-3x lesser than an another company I reached out to). I won't hesitate reaching out to Dima Plumbing for my future needs.

    Kitchen Sink Service

    I called John based on Homestars review. He came to my house on time and fixed my kithch sink problem within half an hour. John is very professional and kind. He cleaned up everything after he done the work. The price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend his service. Eric

    Toilet tank water supply valve replacements

    We were having trouble with some seized and non-functioning toilet tank supply valves and called up John to help us to replace the existing globe valves with new quarter-turn ones, as he had previously helped us a few years ago to install similar valves for our faucets. When John arrived, he exhibited the same professionalism, courtesy and friendliness that I remembered from last time and got right away to working on replacing those problematic valves. He was finished in no time and made sure to clean up and leave the spaces spotless. One of our sinks also had a problematic pop-up stopper and though I had not mentioned this to him, John saw this and also helped to fix that as well! I would highly recommend Dima Plumbing and should any more plumbing problems arise, would have no hesitation in calling John again!

    Always perfect work!

    John came in to fix my leaky shower faucet. He fixed it without any issue. Anytime I need something plumbing related, I always rely on John to fix!

    Clogged Kitchen Sink

    I called John regarding a clogged sink and he provided a quote on the phone which was unbeatable in comparison to what other plumbers have previously been charging for the same service. On the day of the appointment, John texted me to say that he was on his way and would be arriving in 30 minutes. He is prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and provides excellent service. I would highly recommend John's services and I would personally seek out his services again for any future plumbing jobs.I am so grateful that I found Dima Plumbing
